Sillycon Valley Hackathon is a playful, low-pressure AI hackathon hosted by UAIS.
This event is about building silly ideas that unexpectedly work. Instead of optimizing for polish or production-readiness, we want you to experiment, joke around, and learn by building something creative with AI.
Projects can be funny, random, imaginative, or oddly clever. A joke project that surprises us is better than a serious project that plays it safe.
If hackathons have ever felt intimidating, this one is designed to feel approachable and fun.

Opening, dinner, hacking begins
(No overnight in-person hacking — you may continue remotely.) -

Full day of hacking, judging, and awards

What to Submit
Each team must submit the following on Devpost:

A working project demo video that is 3 minutes or less

Can be a web app, script, bot, demo, or prototype
