We’re excited to partner with Quality Hotel™ Visby to deliver a modern, seamless in-room TV experience for guests and simplified operations for staff.

Speeron is delivering its NEXT TV platform with centralized channel distribution to Quality Hotel™ Visby on Gotland. As the property begins a new chapter under the Quality Hotel brand, the solution is installed on Philips Professional Displays TVs and includes integrated casting functionality, giving guests a seamless and familiar TV experience.

The hotel, which becomes a sister property to Clarion Hotel® Wisby, features 214 rooms, a restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, relax area, and six meeting rooms.

With Speeron NEXT, the hotel gains a scalable, future-ready TV platform that enhances the guest experience while simplifying operations. Guests enjoy a modern TV interface and casting capabilities, while the hotel team benefits from centralized management of channels, apps, and guest information.

We are excited to be part of a project that supports the hotel’s ambition to deliver a world-class guest experience and look forward to supporting the team on their journey.

At the end of last year, Speeron partnered with Arctic Lumo Resort, a luxury boutique resort in Kuusamo, Finland, to implement digital solutions designed to enhance both operational efficiency and the guest experience.

The solutions include:
• Speeron NEXT Online Check-in and Check-out
• Speeron NEXT Guest Portal for TV and mobile
Philips Professional Displays Hospitality TVs
• Full integration with Vitec Hotellinx Oy PMS

A key element is pre-arrival online check-in, allowing guests to share important details such as winter clothing sizes, airport transfers, and dietary preferences in advance. This enables the hotel team to prepare each stay proactively and deliver a smooth, personalized arrival experience.

Guests also receive their room access PIN code securely via SMS or email prior to arrival, ensuring a seamless and convenient check-in process.

Speeron continues to expand the collaboration with Nordic Leisure Travel Group AB through the implementation of the Speeron NEXT Guest Experience System, including Speeron NEXT Online Check‑in and Check‑out and the Speeron NEXT Key Pick‑Up Station.

Sunwing Kallithea Beach has already implemented Speeron NEXT Online Check‑in and Check‑out, allowing guests to complete their check‑in prior to arrival and check out digitally before departure including payments of any outstanding bill and payment of city taxes. The hotel will now enhance the guest journey further by adding the Speeron NEXT Key Pick‑Up Station, enabling guests to create and collect their room keys independently upon arrival. This completes a seamless, fully digital experience that supports the fantastic staff on‑site by freeing up time for more personal guest interaction.

Building on this success, four additional properties are now introducing Speeron NEXT Online Check‑in and Check‑out together with the Key Pick‑Up Station:

Sunwing Makrigialos Beach
Ocean Beach Club – Crete
Ocean Beach Club – Cyprus
Ocean Beach Club – Sandy Bay

With Online Check‑in and Check‑out combined with the Key Pick‑Up Station, these hotels will offer a fully integrated, streamlined arrival and departure experience, empowering guests while giving staff more time to focus on service rather than administration.
