Do you want to extract one column from a table or BCP file? In either case, you will need an SQL instance/engine to read and process it further.

Attributes do not match. Present attributes (Directory, Compressed) , included attributes (0), excluded attributes (Compressed, Encrypted).

and what if I have this json in a column

Your JSON is not properly formatted, check this:
