Our platform engineering team identified the cause as a scheduled maintenance and patching operation performed by our upstream cloud provider, Microsoft Azure, on the PostgreSQL database infrastructure.<br /><br />What Happened?<br />Azure initiated a mandatory security and stability patch for the database clusters.
