On March 14, 2026, Infoblox will be migrating backend infrastructure for the Infoblox Portal in North America Region (https://portal.infoblox.com). This update is part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform scalability, availability, and security. There will be no changes to product features or functionality because of this migration.
During the migration window, some services in the North America region may experience brief, temporary impacts as outlined below.
- Configuration changes via the Portal and API will be temporarily unavailable for up to 20 minutes. - NIOS-X hosts may briefly show an “Unhealthy” status. - CDC traffic flow status in the portal may temporarily show unhealthy. - User synchronization and System Notifications may experience brief delays. - Scheduled Reports during the maintenance window may be delayed. - Threat Defense redirect pages may be unavailable for up to 20 minutes during the maintenance window.
Please note that DNS and DHCP protocol services will remain available and uninterrupted, and no customer action is required for this scheduled maintenance. However, customers are advised to avoid making configuration changes during the maintenance window.
Thank you for your patience as we complete this upgrade. If you encounter any issues during the maintenance or have any questions, please contact Infoblox Support at https://support.infoblox.com/.
