NOTICE: Upcoming Moneris device (PAX IM30) firmware upgrade - AVIS : Mise à jour prochaine du micrologiciel de l'appareil Moneris (PAX IM30)

Scheduled - On March 18, 2026, Moneris will remotely update Moneris Go Unattended (PAX IM30) terminals with new firmware and payment applications that align with other Moneris Go devices and meet compliance mandates from major card brands. This update will be applied over a two-hour window. Please note that your device(s) will be unable to process payment transactions for up to one hour between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m. local time on March 18 while the update is applied.

As part of this update, the Moneris Go Launcher and Go Integrated apps will be automatically removed from your device(s), and a new, single Moneris app will be installed. No action is required on your end. Your device(s) will restart automatically.

Le 18 mars 2026, Moneris mettra à jour à distance les terminaux Moneris Go sans surveillance (PAX IM30) avec un nouveau micrologiciel et de nouvelles applications de paiement qui s'harmonisent avec les autres appareils Moneris Go et répondent aux exigences de conformité des principales marques de cartes. Cette mise à jour sera effectuée sur une période de deux heures. Veuillez noter que vos appareils ne pourront pas traiter les transactions de paiement pendant une heure maximum entre 1 h et 3 h, heure locale, le 18 mars, pendant la mise à jour.

Dans le cadre de cette mise à jour, les applications Moneris Go Launcher et Go Integrated seront automatiquement supprimées de votre ou vos appareils, et une nouvelle application Moneris unique sera installée. Aucune action n'est requise de votre part. Votre ou vos appareils redémarreront automatiquement.
