Scheduled - We are migrating our website and Customer Panel from oakhost.net to oakhost.com.

This change does not affect our network infrastructure or servers. Redirects will be in place to keep disruption minimal - the only expected downtime is a brief window of a few minutes during which signing in to the Customer Panel may not be possible while we transition the login system to the new domain.

You may need to update any saved URLs in your password manager. Future emails will be sent from @oakhost.com addresses, though all @oakhost.net addresses will continue to work.

If you use the Customer API, you will receive a separate email with instructions to migrate your API endpoint. Both the old and new endpoints will remain operational during a 2-month transition window. Customers using our SSO service do not need to make any changes.

Network Storage Node Temporarily Unavailable
Resolved - One of our Network Storage nodes is currently unavailable due to a recent network-level deployment. We are working on restoring connectivity as quickly as possible.

The data on the node is stored safely and redundantly. Only connectivity to the node is impacted.

The incident has been resolved. We are currently performing additional checks to verify the implementation and will keep monitoring the situation.
