Planned Maintenance Monitoring - Degraded Performance
Resolved - ✅ Update: Trainerize is back online

Hi everyone — Trainerize is now fully operational across both the web and mobile apps.

Following our scheduled maintenance earlier this evening, some services didn’t perform as expected and the maintenance window took longer than originally planned. Our engineering team worked through the issue and has now restored the platform to full availability.

Our team will continue monitoring the platform closely.
