Our four-month mentoring programme offers personal mentoring, optional workshops, and networking to launch you into the STEAM universe.
“My goal is to connect you with role models who are already doing amazing things in STEAM”
Clare is the programme manager whose mission is to create the best possible mentoring programme. She plans every part of the experience, ensuring you connect with great people, build your confidence, and acquire the skills you need to achieve your biggest goals.
“My job is to handle all the background stuff so you can focus on what’s important: learning, creating, and having a brilliant time. If you have a question, I’m here to help!”
Olivia is the friendly face making sure the mentoring programme runs perfectly. Olivia organises check-in sessions, shares resources and updates, and is your go-to person for all the details.
“Joining the Stemettes Mentoring Programme is genuinely one of the most valuable steps you can take if you’re figuring out your path in STEM. This is my second time taking part, first during my A-levels and now again in my first year of work, and both experiences came at pivotal moments in my life. Each time, the programme provided exactly the kind of guidance and reassurance I needed to navigate uncertainty and make more confident decisions about my future.”
“Ultimately, the programme isn’t just about career advice; it’s about building confidence, gaining clarity, and realising what’s possible. If you’re considering applying, do it. It’s an investment in yourself that genuinely pays off.” – Manasi
