How Did Last Year’s Tournament Play Out?

Last year’s championship game delivered everything March Madness fans love! The Florida Gators snagged their third national title in program history with a heart-stopping 65-63 victory over the Houston Cougars on April 7, 2025, at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

It looked like Houston had it in the bag with Florida down by 12 points in the second half. The final seconds were absolute chaos. With the game on the line and the ball loose on the court, Gators forward Alex Condon dove on the ball with just 2.0 seconds left. He secured it and tossed it toward teammate Walter Clayton Jr.

The buzzer sounded, Clayton slammed the ball on the ground in celebration, and Houston coach Kelvin Sampson looked on in stunned silence. Houston fought hard, but Florida’s determination and championship experience showed when it mattered most.

Having launched in 2020, Peacock is NBCUniversal’s streaming platform that offers TV shows, live sports, and news. Streaming services have dominated television over the past few years — capturing 47.3% of all U.S. TV time, compared to just 24.1% for regular cable TV.

This shift has made content more accessible than ever, but it also means children can easily stumble upon inappropriate material. With Peacock’s mix of kid-friendly cartoons alongside TV-MA series, R-rated movies, and live sports with uncensored commentary, it begs the question: how do you keep your kids safe from watching inappropriate material?

In this guide, we’ll walk you through setting up Peacock’s parental controls to protect your children from inappropriate content, whether they’re toddlers or teenagers.

What Inappropriate Content Might Be on Peacock?

Even though Peacock offers tons of your kids’ favorite shows and movies, it also has a full catalog of mature content that may not be suitable for children. Here are the main types of inappropriate material you should be aware of:

  • TV-MA and R-Rated Programming: Shows and movies with explicit language, graphic violence, sexual content, and mature themes, including popular series like Poker Face, Yellowstone, and Ted.
  • Late-Night Talk Shows and Comedy Specials: Adult humor, political commentary, and uncensored language from programs like “The Tonight Show” and stand-up comedy specials.
  • Live Sports with Uncensored Commentary: Real-time broadcasts of Premier League soccer, WWE wrestling, and NFL games that may include aggressive language and heated on-field moments without typical broadcast delays.
  • News Content with Disturbing Footage: Live news from NBC and MSNBC showing graphic footage from breaking news events, violent crimes, and sensitive social issues.
  • Autoplay Leading to Mature Content: Automatic recommendations that can transition children from age-appropriate shows to mature programming based on viewing history.
  • Reality TV and Unscripted Content: Shows featuring relationship drama, confrontational behavior, alcohol consumption, and bleeped profanity that can normalize unhealthy dynamics.

How To Set Up Peacock Parental Controls

Peacock offers several built-in parental control features that give you control over what your children can watch. Below, we’ve provided a step-by-step guide to walk you through each option so that you can customize the right level of protection for your family.

How To Create A Kids Peacock Account

Setting up a kid’s profile lets you set restrictions on certain TV ratings, so your child can only view age-appropriate content. It creates a safe browsing experience where children can explore content independently without stumbling upon inappropriate material.

To set up a kid’s profile:

  1. Open the Peacock app or visit Peacock.com and log in to your account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select “Manage Profiles” from the dropdown menu
  4. Click “Add Profile” or the “+” icon
  5. Enter a name for the child’s profile
  6. Toggle on the “Kids Profile” option
  7. Select the appropriate age range for your child:
    • Little Kids: TV-Y (All children)
    • Older Kids: TV-Y7, TV-Y7-FV (Fantasy Violence), TV-G, G
    • Family: TV-PG, PG (Parental guidance suggested)
  8. Click “Save” to create the profile

How To Set Up A Parental Control Pin

Adding a PIN code to your adult profile prevents children from being able to access mature content or switch out of their own Peacock profile without permission. This adds an extra layer of security, so that even if kids try to get around restrictions, they’ll need your four-digit code.

To set up a pin:

  1. Log in to your Peacock account on the web or app
  2. Click on your profile icon and select “Account Settings”
  3. Navigate to the “Parental Controls” section
  4. Click “Create PIN” or “Set Parental Control PIN”
  5. Enter a four-digit PIN that only you will know
  6. Confirm the PIN by entering it again
  7. Click “Save” to activate

Your PIN will now be required to access content above your set rating and age restrictions or to modify parental control settings.

If you need to change or update your 4-digit PIN, you’ll have to:

  1. Go to the “Who’s Watching?” profiles page through a web browser on your computer or mobile device
  2. Click the pencil icon under the profile you wish to update
  3. Click the on/off slider next to the “Profile PIN” setting
  4. Enter your account password to verify
  5. Create a new 4-digit PIN for the profile
  6. Click “Save PIN” to complete the process

Note: You can’t change PIN settings directly from a TV. If you attempt this, Peacock will display a QR code linking you to complete the change on a mobile device.

How To Restrict Mature Content By Profile Rating

Content rating restrictions let you set maximum maturity levels for each profile based on TV and movie maturity ratings. This is especially useful for older children who have outgrown the Kids Profile but still need some content boundaries, allowing you to permit PG-13 content while blocking R-rated movies, for example.

To set this up:

  1. Go to your Peacock account settings
  2. Select “Parental Controls” from the menu
  3. Choose the profile you want to restrict
  4. Click on “Content Rating Restrictions”
  5. Select the maximum rating level you want to allow (options include TV-Y, TV-Y7, TV-G, TV-PG, TV-14, TV-MA for shows; G, PG, PG-13, R for movies)
  6. Save your changes

Any content above your selected rating will now require your PIN to access on that profile.

How To Lock And Manage Profiles To Prevent Switching

Profile locking prevents children from switching out of their profiles, keeping them in their designated safe space. To lock a profile:

  1. Access your Peacock account settings
  2. Go to “Parental Controls”
  3. Find the “Profile Lock” or “Require PIN to Switch Profiles” option
  4. Toggle this setting to “On”
  5. Confirm your parental control PIN
  6. Save your settings

Now, anytime someone tries to switch from one profile to another, they’ll need to enter your PIN first.

How To Disable Autoplay To Avoid Mature Recommendations

Autoplay automatically starts the next episode or suggests related content, which can sometimes lead to inappropriate recommendations. Disabling autoplay gives you more control over what plays next, preventing kids from accidentally being exposed to inappropriate content through automated suggestions.

  1. Log in to your Peacock account
  2. Click on your profile icon and select “Account Settings”
  3. Navigate to “Playback Settings”
  4. Find the “Autoplay” option
  5. Toggle “Autoplay next episode” to “Off”
  6. Also, toggle “Autoplay previews” to “Off” if available
  7. Save your changes

With autoplay disabled, content will stop at the end of each episode, allowing you to review what plays next.

Additional Safety Tips For Kids Watching Peacock

Beyond Peacock’s built-in parental control options, there are additional steps you can take to create a safer streaming environment for your children. These additional strategies work alongside the platform’s features to give you greater peace of mind:

  • Watch Together When Possible: Watching content together lets you monitor it in real time, discuss what your child is watching, and spend quality time together.
  • Set Time Limits for Screen Time: Set clear rules about how long and when children can watch TV. Consider using screen time controls or setting timers.
  • Keep Streaming Devices in Common Areas: Place TVs, tablets, and computers in family rooms or other shared spaces instead of bedrooms. This makes it easier to supervise what’s being watched.
  • Regularly Check Viewing History: Review your child’s watch history from time to time to ensure they’re sticking to age-appropriate content.
  • Create Separate Email Accounts: Use a parent-controlled email address for your Peacock account instead of one your child has access to. That way, they can’t reset PINs or change settings.
  • Stay Informed About New Content: Peacock regularly adds new shows and movies. Check the “What’s New” sections to stay up to date on any content that may require you to adjust your restrictions.

How To Monitor And Adjust Peacock Parental Controls Over Time

Peacock’s parental control settings should evolve as your children grow. This way, you can be sure that the restrictions you’ve set continue to match your family’s needs. Some things to consider include:

  • Update Age Ratings as Kids Mature: Every few months or at the start of each school year, reassess which age rating is appropriate for your child’s profile.
  • Check for New Peacock Features: Streaming platforms regularly add new parental control options. Visit your Peacock account settings or the platform’s help center to learn about new safety tools that weren’t available when you first set up controls.
  • Verify Settings After App Updates: Major app updates can occasionally reset preferences or change how features work. After Peacock releases an update, log in to confirm your PINs, content restrictions, and profile locks are still active.
  • Have Open Conversations About Online Safety: As kids get older, explain why certain restrictions exist and gradually give them more responsibility in choosing appropriate content. Most importantly, encourage them to come to you if they accidentally see something that makes them uncomfortable.

The sun is dying. Earth faces extinction. A single astronaut awakens millions of miles from home with humanity’s fate resting on his shoulders. Based on Andy Weir’s bestselling novel of the same name, the “Project Hail Mary” movie promises to be one of the most thrilling space adventures of 2026.

Starring Ryan Gosling, this space epic brings together the creative minds behind “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” (2018) and “The Martian” novel, and we at StreamSafely cannot wait to see all this talent take to the big screen. Our platform is committed to highlighting the biggest blockbusters and guiding viewers toward legitimate streaming services, while steering them away from dangerous piracy websites that can threaten both your device’s security and personal data. StreamSafely provides the resources audiences need to enjoy cinema safely and legally.

Everything You Should Know Before Seeing Project Hail Mary(2026)

“Project Hail Mary” (2026) is a film based on Andy Weir’s most recent bestselling novel, which was released in 2021. Weir’s debut novel, “The Martian,” was written 10 years earlier and became so popular that it was turned into a 20th Century Fox blockbuster film in 2015, starring Matt Damon and directed by Ridley Scott. Both the book and film were praised for their scientific realism and truly thrilling adventure.

The Martian” (2015) grossed over $600 million worldwide and was nominated for seven Oscars. With fans of the books, moviegoers, and critics all fueling the film’s popularity, it came as no surprise that Amazon MGM Studios was in talks for the movie rights for “Project Hail Mary” in 2020 — before the novel was even released.

Both the novel and the film are reportedly structured around a dual timeline — one that follows the protagonist, Dr. Ryland Grace (played by Ryan Gosling), aboard a spacecraft on a mission to save Earth, and flashbacks of his life, the impending peril of the dying sun, and the tragic events leading up to the launch. With Weir’s writing already a proven recipe for success, our movie buffs here at StreamSafely can’t imagine that many elements will change when the source material is translated onto the big screen. What we’re most excited to see is exactly how they do it.

“The Martian” (2015) can be streamed now on Philo.

Book Plot (Spoilers)

In the near future, scientists discover that Earth’s sun is dimming at an alarming rate. If left unchecked, the planet will enter a catastrophic ice age within decades, threatening all life on Earth. Dr. Rylan Grace, a molecular biologist, realizes the culprit behind the weakening sun is a microscopic organism he calls “Astrophage,” which consumes the sun’s energy. Dr. Eva Stratt discovers that one distant star — Tau Ceti — has somehow resisted the Astrophage infection. She assembles a one-way mission aboard the spaceship Hail Mary to investigate why Tau Ceti remains unaffected.

However, Stratt’s original crew dies in an accident shortly before launch, so Stratt forces Grace to join the mission, ultimately drugging him with heavy sedatives before launch. Years later, Grace awakens aboard the Hail Mary with no memory of his identity or mission, and discovers his crewmates dead beside him. As his memories gradually return, he pieces together both his past and his current predicament — he’s humanity’s last hope, traveling alone to a distant star system with no possibility of return.

Directors: Phil Lord & Christopher Miller

Phil Lord and Chris Miller first gained recognition co-creating the cult animated series “Clone High” (2002-2003) with Bill Lawrence before making their feature directorial debut with “Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs” (2009). Lord and Miller followed that release with the live-action comedy “21 Jump Street” (2012) and its sequel, “22 Jump  Street” (2014).

The same year, they released “The Lego Movie” (2014), which became both a critical and commercial phenomenon, grossing over $470 million at the box office worldwide and earning widespread acclaim for its inventive humor and visual creativity. As producers, the duo helped create “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” (2018), which Lord also co-wrote with Miller, providing voice acting talents.

Movie Plot

When science teacher Ryland Grace awakens aboard a spacecraft millions of miles from Earth, he has no memory of who he is or why he’s there. As fragmented memories return, Grace discovers that he’s humanity’s final hope of saving Earth’s dying sun. Armed only with his scientific knowledge and ingenuity — and the help of an unexpected friendship — Grace must complete his one-way mission to the far reaches of the universe.

Genre

The film is categorized on IMDb as Drama, Sci-Fi, and Thriller. “The Martian” (2015), whose source material was written by the same author, Andy Weir, has the additional tags of Survival, Adventure, and Space Sci-Fi.

Runtime

“Project Hail Mary” will have a run time of 2 hours and 36 minutes, according to IMDb.

Rating

The new film has not yet been rated by the Motion Picture Association (MPA). However, we at StreamSafely expect it to have a PG-13 rating, like its counterpart “The Martian” (2015), which was given that rating for Some Strong Language, Injury Images, and Brief Nudity.

Theatrical Release Date

“Project Hail Mary” will be launching into theaters on March 20, 2026.

Streaming Options

The film will be released exclusively in theaters and IMAX. Once it completes its theatrical run, the film is expected to be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video or MGM+. Be sure to keep an eye on StreamSafely’s comprehensive movie database for official streaming options once they’re announced.

As a property of Amazon MGM Studios, it’s unlikely that the movie will be available for streaming elsewhere. While the creators may make deals with other large platforms, any other streaming site claiming to have “Project Hail Mary” may be fraudulent, especially if it isn’t a household name. At StreamSafely, we make it our mission to raise awareness about how to recognize illegal streaming platforms and give you legal, free alternatives to enjoy your favorite content.

Get ready for mayhem, magic, and mischief as you’ve never seen before! “The Cat in the Hat” (2026) animated movie is set to bring Dr. Seuss’ most beloved character to life in a spectacular fashion.

Warner Bros. Pictures Animation has assembled an all-star voice cast led by Bill Hader to tell a brand new story about the iconic feline, and we at StreamSafely expect it to be a hilarious ride that family members of all ages can enjoy!

Whether for new releases like “The Cat in the Hat” or classic Dr. Seuss adaptations, StreamSafely provides reliable information about where and how to watch all your favorite films. We understand that families want convenient access to entertainment, but the rise of illegal streaming sites has created significant risks for viewers of all ages. These fraudulent platforms can infect your device with malware that can jeopardize your online data, and they often host adult content and advertisements that are not appropriate for young viewers.

Our mission is to connect you with trustworthy, official streaming services and theatrical options, so you can focus on what matters most — enjoying the zany worlds of storytelling geniuses like Dr. Seuss with the people you love.

Everything You Should Know Before Seeing The Cat in the Hat

“The Cat in the Hat” originated from Dr. Seuss’ 1957 children’s book of the same name, which revolutionized early reading by combining simple rhyming vocabulary with imaginative worlds and colorful characters. Its success led to a 1971 animated television special featuring Allan Sherman as the voice of the Cat, similar in style to the beloved “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” (1966) animated special that had premiered five years earlier.

While the Grinch received a live-action film adaptation in 2000 starring Jim Carrey that achieved commercial success despite mixed critical reception, the 2003 live-action Cat in the Hat film starring Mike Myers proved far more controversial. The film included adult-oriented humor and moments that many parents felt were inappropriate for young viewers, which countered the wholesome spirit of Dr. Seuss’s original work.

Following this film’s release, Dr. Seuss’s widow and copyright holder, Audrey Geisel decided to prohibit any future live-action adaptations of her late husband’s works. However, several successful CGI animated productions followed, including “Horton Hears a Who” (2008), “The Lorax” (2012), and “The Grinch” (2018). The new Cat in the Hat movie seems to fit perfectly among its recent predecessors, offering a fully animated feature film filled with whimsy, color, and delightfully zany chaos.

The upcoming 2026 film is being co-directed and co-written by Alessandro Carloni and Erica Rivinoja. This isn’t just another adaptation of the classic children’s book. It feels more like an expanded universe that explores who the Cat really is and why he does what he does, all while maintaining the playful spirit that made Dr. Seuss a household name.

Directors: Alessandro Carloni & Erica Rivinoja

Alessandro Carloni is an Italian film director, animator, and art director who joined DreamWorks Animation in 2002 and contributed to some of their most successful franchises. He served as animation supervisor on the original “Kung Fu Panda” (2008), served as head of story on the first two “How to Train Your Dragon” films, and co-directed “Kung Fu Panda 3” (2016) alongside Jennifer Yuh Nelson.

Erica Rivinoja makes her feature directorial debut with “The Cat in the Hat.” She is best known for her 11-year tenure as a writer on “South Park,” but her portfolio also includes cherished family-friendly works like “Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2” (2013).

Movie Plot Synopsis

The Institute for the Institution of Imagination and Inspiration has one tough assignment for its most unpredictable employee: to cheer up Gabby and Sebastian, two siblings struggling to adjust to their new town. Everything You Should Know Before Seeing The Bride! (2026)

“The Bride!” comes at an interesting moment in Hollywood. Just a few years ago, in 2017, Universal announced the Dark Universe franchise, a shared world for the likes of The Mummy, Dr. Jekyll, The Invisible Man, Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, and The Bride of Frankenstein. The project had numerous Hollywood heavyweights attached, including Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp, Javier Bardem, and Russell Crowe, and was rumored to feature Angelina Jolie, but it gained little traction with fans, and its first entry, “The Mummy” (2017), flopped. By 2019, the entire franchise was officially shelved.

Now, Hollywood is seeing a boom of stand-alone monster flicks reaching critical and financial success with works like “Nosferatu” (2024) and Netflix’s “Frankenstein” (2025) directed by Guillermo del Toro. “The Bride!” is poised to join this renaissance. YouTube commenters are already excited by the Bonnie-and-Clyde style of the film and are seeing it as the exciting outlaw romance flick that “Joker: Folie à Deux” (2024) failed to be.

Unlike the Universal Monster movies that emphasized atmospheric horror and Gothic romance, or contemporary horror films that focus solely on jump scares and gore, “The Bride!” is expected to cross genres and be “punk,” “violent,” and “wildly romantic,” according to Peter Sarsgaard, who stars in the film and is married to director Maggie Gyllenhaal. Despite earlier rumors, however, the film will not be a musical

Director: Maggie Gyllenhaal

Maggie Gyllenhaal is an acclaimed actress-turned-filmmaker. Her 2021 directorial debut, “The Lost Daughter” — which Gyllenhaal adapted from Elena Ferrante’s novel — won her an Oscar nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay. Actress Jessie Buckley was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress, and she and Gyllenhaal are teaming up again for “The Bride!”

In front of the camera, Gyllenhaal is known for her portrayal of Rachel in Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight” (2008), where she starred alongside Christian Bale, who is playing Frankenstein’s Monster in “The Bride!” Gyllenhaal was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress in “Crazy Heart” (2009).

Movie Plot

Beneath the shadows of Depression-era Chicago, the lonely and tortured creature, Frankenstein’s Monster, convinces Dr. Euphronious to grant him a companion. Together they breathe life into a murdered woman, creating the Bride — and sparking a love affair between two outcasts whose violent journey calls into question what it truly means to be alive.

Genre

Keeping with its genre-bending intent, “The Bride!” is classified on IMDb as Dark Comedy, Dark Romance, Monster Horror, Period Drama, Drama, Horror, Romance, and Sci-Fi. It is also tagged as Musical, which has been refuted by Peter Sarsgaard.

Runtime

No official runtime for “The Bride!” has been announced, but Gyllenhaal’s previous directorial work, “The Lost Daughter” (2021), clocked in at 2 hours and 1 minute.

Rating

“The Bride!” has been rated R by the MPAA for Strong Bloody Violent Content, Sexual Content, Nudity, and Language.

Theatrical Release Date

The new Frankenstein movie is scheduled for box office release in the United States on March 6, 2026.

Streaming Options

“The Bride!” is being released exclusively to cinemas and IMAX, with no streaming co-release. Following its theatrical run, the film will likely become available on HBO Max, Warner Bros.’ proprietary streaming platform. However, Netflix is set to acquire Warner Bros., so where the film is available to stream will depend on how the companies restructure following the merger.

The Bride! Official Trailer

Witness a love story unlike any other as Frankenstein’s Monster meets his electrifying bride in Warner Bros.’s official teaser trailer!

Cast & Crew

Jessie Buckley stars as the titular Bride. The Irish actress has earned widespread acclaim for her performances in “Wild Rose” (2018) and the HBO miniseries “Chernobyl” (2019), but it was her supporting role in Gyllenhaal’s “The Lost Daughter” (2021) that earned her an Academy Award nomination.

Christian Bale takes on the role of Frankenstein’s Monster, continuing his legendary career of physical and psychological transformations. Bale achieved worldwide recognition for portraying Bruce Wayne, aka Batman, in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy. He’s also known for his performances in “American Psycho” (2000), “The Machinist” (2004), “Public Enemies” (2009), and “Ford v Ferrari” (2019).

Director Maggie Gyllenhaal has made “The Bride!” a family affair, bringing on her husband, Peter Sarsgaard (“The Garden State”), and her younger brother Jake Gyllenhaal (“Brokeback Mountain”) to star.

From the cursed sands of Ancient Egypt comes a chilling new nightmare. Everything You Should Know Before Seeing The Resurrected

Mummy movies have stalked movie theaters for nearly a century, beginning back in 1932. Universal’s black-and-white classic “The Mummy” starred Boris Karloff as the ancient Egyptian priest Imhotep. For years, the undead creature held its place in popular culture among Universal’s monsters alongside Dracula, Frankenstein’s creature, and the Wolf Man, with five new film iterations through the 1940s and 1950s.

The franchise experienced a spectacular revival in “The Mummy” (1999), when director Stephen Sommers transformed the property from horror into an action-adventure spectacle starring Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz. The film’s massive success spawned two direct sequels and “The Scorpion King” (2002) spin-off, which went on to have five sequels of its own.

Following the conclusion of the 1999 trilogy, Universal Pictures attempted another remake with “The Mummy” (2017), starring Tom Cruise and featuring a darker reimagining intended to launch the Dark Universe franchise. That version was met with disappointing reception and effectively ended the Dark Universe before it began.

Now Lee Cronin steps into the director’s chair with a completely new movie idea that will reportedly lean heavily into pure horror again rather than the action-adventure tropes of the 1999 trilogy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cronin promises this will be “unlike any Mummy movie you ever laid eyeballs on before,” with the filmmaker stating he’s “digging deep into the earth to raise something very ancient and very frightening.”

Director: Lee Cronin

Lee Cronin is an Irish filmmaker who gained recognition for his award-winning horror films, including “Ghost Train” (2013) and “The Hole in the Ground” (2019). Cronin’s breakout arrived with “Evil Dead Rise” (2023), the fifth installment in the iconic franchise, which he both wrote and directed. That film’s critical and commercial triumph established him as one of horror’s biggest new players.

Movie Plot

Eight years after she disappeared into the desert, a family’s missing daughter returns home. What begins as an impossible miracle quickly descends into pure terror as something ancient and malevolent has come back with her, threatening to consume everything the broken family has left.

Developmental Drama

The film’s developmental journey has been anything but straightforward. The Mummy reboot was originally titled “Lee Cronin’s The Mummy,” but in November 2025, rumors began circulating that the project would be renamed “The Resurrected,” severing its connection to the The Mummy franchise entirely. These reports seemed to have been proven true when the Writers Guild of America subsequently listed the film under the new title “Lee Cronin’s The Resurrected.”

This dramatic shift is suspected to stem from Universal’s reported talks of a different Mummy project: a legacy sequel reuniting original stars Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz from the 1999 blockbuster film. According to Gizmodo, this sequel will continue the story of Rick O’Connell and Evie, ignoring subsequent installments.

Genre

The film is categorized on IMDb as Horror. With director Cronin in the driver’s seat, we anticipate no shortage of psychological scares and truly frightening content.

Runtime

No official runtime has been announced for “The Resurrected” (2026). However, Cronin’s previous feature “Evil Dead Rise” (2023) ran for 1 hour and 36 minutes, while “The Hole in the Ground” (2019) clocked in at 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Rating

No MPA rating has been assigned yet, though given the horror-focused approach and Cronin’s previous work, an R rating seems highly likely.

Theatrical Release Date

“The Resurrected”(2026) is scheduled for theatrical release on April 17, 2026.

Streaming Options

No streaming co-release has been announced for Lee Cronin’s “The Resurrected.” As a Warner Bros. property, the film will eventually make its way to HBO Max (or Netflix, given the anticipated merger) following its theatrical window.

The Resurrected (2026) Official Trailer

No official teaser or full-length trailer has been released yet for the upcoming film. Stay tuned with us at StreamSafely for any news and updates.

Cast & Crew

The film features an exceptional international ensemble cast, but has been remarkably tight-lipped about their specific roles. Leading the cast list is Jack Reynor, presumably as the father of the family. Reynor gained global recognition starring opposite Mark Wahlberg in “Transformers: Age of Extinction” (2014) and has since starred in Netflix’s “The Perfect Couple” (2024) and the psychological horror movie “Midsommar” (2019) with Florence Pugh.

Other leads include Laia Costa, who may be playing the mother character, and Veronica Falcón. Costa made waves as the lead in the single-take German heist film “Victoria” (2015), and Falcón has appeared in “Queen of the South” (2016-2018), “Ozark” (2017-2022), and Disney’s “Jungle Cruise” (2021).

A country devastated by plague. A cult rising from the ashes. In the ruins of post-apocalyptic Britain, the infected are no longer the deadliest threat — it’s the survivors who have become monsters. “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple” has horror fans worldwide preparing for another terrifying chapter in the iconic zombie franchise. The film picks up immediately after “28 Years Later” (2025), following Spike as he’s forced into the violent world of Jimmy Crystal’s sinister cult while Dr. Kelson makes a discovery that could change the fate of Britain forever.

As longtime fans of the 28 Days Later franchise, our team at StreamSafely can’t wait to see what happens next! However, as much as we love zombies, peril, and dangerously high stakes, we believe that they should be contained to the screen — and kept well away from your household.

Dangerous piracy websites can threaten your devices with malware, steal personal information, and compromise your viewing experience. That’s why we’re here to make sure you’re viewing your favorite content through the safest platforms possible.

Everything You Should Know Before Seeing 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple

The 28 Days Later franchise began in 2002 when director Danny Boyle and screenwriter Alex Garland collaborated on what would become one of the most influential horror films of the 21st century. Their post-apocalyptic thriller captured the fall of London as humanity transformed into hordes of violent, bloodthirsty creatures.

Inside the World of Rage: A Look Back at the 28 Franchise

28 Days Later” premiered in November 2002 in the U.K. and quickly became a box-office sensation, earning $75 million worldwide against a modest $8 million budget. Unlike traditional zombie films, “28 Days Later” reimagined the undead threat as a biological “Rage Virus” that amplified human aggression rather than supernatural reanimation. Its novelty earned the film numerous accolades and is widely credited with revitalizing the zombie genre for a new generation, influencing everything from “The Walking Dead” television series to video games like “The Last of Us,” which in turn got its own series on HBO Max

Five years later, the sequel “28 Weeks Later” arrived in theaters to similar fanfare. While a third installment was announced in 2007, the production saw years of false starts and development challenges. Boyle and Garland reunited in 2024 to announce a new trilogy beginning with “28 Years Later.”

The first film premiered in June 2025 and earned $151 million worldwide. The 28 Years Later sequel was filmed back-to-back with its predecessor, wrapping production in October 2024, as announced by Film Updates on X. According to IGN and director Danny Boyle, the film will see the return of Cillian Murphy, who starred in the first installment. The third film in the new trilogy — and fifth in the franchise — was securing funding as of June 2025 and is set to be directed by Boyle

If you love zombie and horror movies like we do, we at StreamSafely recommend diving into every part of the 28 Days Later franchise to get the full feel of the infected world Boyle and Garland have created. But since “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple” is the second movie in the new trilogy, we recommend watching “28 Years Later” first, as it is a direct continuation of where the previous film left off.

Unraveling the Next Chapter of the 28-Year Franchise

Britain is lost. The survivors are few. Following his harrowing encounter with the Jimmy cult, Spike is forced to join their ranks. Dr. Kelson’s obsession with understanding the virus leads him to the unthinkable, and it may change the fate of Britain forever.

Director: Nia DaCosta

Director Nia DaCosta takes the helm from Danny Boyle for this second installment of the new trilogy, promising a uniquely disturbing vision that explores the darkest corners of humanity when civilization collapses. DaCosta’s breakthrough came with her 2018 feature debut “Little Woods,” a crime drama starring Tessa Thompson (“Thor: Ragnarok,” 2017) and Lily James (“Cinderella,” 2015).

Her second feature, 2021’s “Candyman” — co-written and co-produced by Jordan Peele — became a historic achievement when it opened at No. 1 at the U.S. box office, making DaCosta the first Black woman director to debut in the top spot. Suffice to say, DaCosta knows horror, and we can’t wait to see how she shapes “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple.”

Genre

“28 Days Later: The Bone Temple” is first and foremost a Zombie Horror film. Early installments have also been tagged on IMDb as Thriller and Sci-Fi. Whatever you do, prepare to be sacred!

Runtime

No official runtime for “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple” has been released. However, previous franchise installments all hovered around the 2-hour mark.

Rating

“28 Years Later: The Bone Temple” is expected to receive an R rating from the MPA like its predecessors for Strong Bloody Violence, Grisly Images, Graphic Nudity, Language, and Brief Sexuality.

Fiennes is best known for his portrayal of Voldemort in the Harry Potter franchise, but has nearly 100 acting credits to his name, including “Conclave” (2024) and “Schindler’s List” (1993).

The 28 Days Later franchise may be the biggest title in child star Alfie William’s portfolio so far, but you can also see him in “A New Breed of Criminal” (2023) and one episode of HBO’s “His Dark Materials” (2019-2022). Jack O’Connell was previously seen as Eric Love in “Starred Up” (2013), Louis Zamperini in “Unbroken” (2014), Gary Hook in “’71” (2014), and more recently, Remmick in “Sinners” (2025).

War has come to Westeros, and no house will emerge unscathed. Following a second season that positioned all the pieces on the board, “House of the Dragon” Season 3 is about to deliver the full-scale warfare that has been building since the series premiered. With production on the new season recently wrapped and a summer 2026 release window confirmed, fans around the world are preparing for the series’s most exciting chapter yet!

Here at StreamSafely, we cannot wait to return to Westeros. However, seeking out early access to premium content can put you and your device in serious danger. Fraudulent piracy websites often masquerade as legitimate streaming services, putting viewers at risk of malware, identity theft, and compromised personal information. StreamSafely provides comprehensive guidance on authorized streaming services and 100% free, legal platforms, helping you access your favorite shows quickly and safely.

Whether you’ve been locked into the Targaryen drama from the start or are a newcomer who’s going to binge the first two seasons (there’s still time!), StreamSafely has everything you need to know about “House of the Dragon” Season 3.

Everything You Need To Know About House of the Dragon Season 3

“House of the Dragon” is HBO’s sweeping Game of Thrones spin-off series, inspired by George R.R. Martin’s 2018 novel “Fire & Blood.” Set long before the fall of the Targaryens, the series unveils a dynasty at its peak, and charts its fiery descent into chaos. As ambition turns kin against kin, and dragons once meant to unite the realm are used to destroy it, the Targaryens ignite a brutal civil war that will forever be remembered as the Dance of the Dragons.

The House of the Dragon series, commonly shortened to HOTD, has earned widespread critical acclaim for its human-centered storytelling and unparalleled visual spectacle. The first season premiered in August 2022, with 2.6 million viewers tuning in for the debut. “House of the Dragon” Season 2, which aired from June through August 2024, maintained strong performance, with its finale drawing in nearly 9 million fans. Critics have praised the show for its character-driven drama, spectacular production design, and willingness to explore moral gray areas. HBO content chairman and CEO Casey Bloys confirmed that Season 3 will arrive just outside the 2026 Emmy eligibility window, which closes on May 31, 2026, meaning fans can expect the show to return around June 2026.

During a Zoom press conference, showrunner Ryan Condal teased that “House of the Dragon” Season 3 will have among the most expensive and ambitious battles ever brought to television, including the Battle of the Gullet, which was set up in the Season 2 finale. “It should be the biggest thing to date that we’ve pulled off,” Condal announced, “and we just wanted to have the time and the space to do that at a level that is going to excite and satisfy the fans in the way that is deserved.” The series has been confirmed to conclude with Season 4, so fans can anticipate a whole lot more action and drama in store!

House of the Dragon Season 1 Recap (Spoilers)

Set nearly 200 years before Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon begins during the reign of King Viserys I Targaryen. With no male heir, Viserys names his daughter, Princess Rhaenyra, the future ruler of Westeros — a decision that shocks the realm and angers his ambitious brother, Prince Daemon. Political factions form around Rhaenyra’s claim, especially after Viserys remarries Alicent Hightower, her former friend, and fathers sons with her.

As the years pass, tension grows between Rhaenyra’s “Black” supporters and Alicent’s “Green” loyalists. Questions over the legitimacy of Rhaenyra’s sons fuel bitter rivalries at court, while Daemon wages war in the Stepstones before returning to wed Rhaenyra. Behind the throne, Otto Hightower maneuvers to ensure that Alicent’s eldest son, Aegon, is named heir instead.

In the season finale, the ailing King Viserys dies, and the Greens seize the Iron Throne for Aegon II. Rhaenyra is crowned queen on Dragonstone, refusing to yield. Seeking peace, she sends her son Lucerys to Storm’s End — but Aemond pursues him on dragonback. Their dragons clash in the storm, and Lucerys is torn from the sky. The tragedy seals Rhaenyra’s resolve, igniting the bloody Targaryen civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.

House of the Dragon Season 2 Recap (Spoilers)

Season 2 of “House of the Dragon” opens in the aftermath of Aemond Targaryen’s killing of Lucerys Velaryon. Grief‑stricken, Rhaenyra scours the coast for her son’s remains, while Daemon hires assassins, Blood and Cheese, to avenge him. Their mission goes horribly wrong when they murder young Prince Jaehaerys instead, driving a deeper wedge between the Greens and Blacks.

Seeking to avoid all‑out war, Rhaenyra secretly meets Alicent in King’s Landing, only to learn that Alicent misinterpreted King Viserys’s final words. The peace talks collapse, and Daemon captures the cursed castle of Harrenhal, where he begins to experience haunting visions.

Battle soon erupts at Rook’s Rest when Criston Cole and Aemond spring a trap. Rhaenys and Meleys take the fight to them, but Aemond’s dragon, Vhagar, kills both Rhaenys and gravely injures King Aegon II Targaryen, leaving Aemond to claim the throne himself.

Meanwhile, Rhaenyra turns to any Targaryen‑blooded challengers who can tame the unclaimed dragons. Against all odds, Hugh Hammer bonds with Vermithor, Ulf White with Silverwing, and Addam of Hull with Seasmoke — tipping the balance of dragonfire in Rhaenyra’s favor.

In the finale, the Triarchy joins forces with Aegon’s camp, and Aemond burns Sharp Point in retaliation. As both factions mobilize for open war, Rhaenyra refuses Alicent’s calls for compromise, declaring Aegon must die for her to reign. The season closes with fleets sailing toward Westeros and dragons rising for the coming Battle of the Gullet.

Seasons 1 and 2 of “House of the Dragon” can be streamed on HBO Max.

House of the Dragon Season 3

Following the cliffhanger of the Season 2 finale, the third season is about to descend into the madness of war. With Rhaenyra commanding her dragons and Daemon’s forces closing in from the north, the Blacks prepare their final assault on King’s Landing.

But the Greens have not conceded defeat. Made more powerful by Tyland’s Triarchy fleet, they prepare for the Battle of the Gullet. For whoever shall win, the Iron Throne demands its price, and Westeros will never be the same.

Release Date & Episode Count

“House of the Dragon” Season 3 is scheduled to premiere sometime in June 2026 on HBO and HBO Max, but no exact date has been given. The season is expected to consist of eight episodes, following the same structure as Season 2. While specific episode titles have not been officially released, fans can expect the season to continue with weekly Sunday-night installments like previous seasons.

House of the Dragon Season 3, Official Trailer

The series just entered post-production, so no trailer is currently available. Given that filming wrapped in October 2025 and the premiere is scheduled for mid-2026, fans can anticipate the first teaser footage arriving sometime in early 2026 as the marketing campaign ramps up.

Cast & Crew

The core cast returns for “House of the Dragon” Season 3, as Westeros hangs on the brink of the Targaryen civil war. Additionally, Dan Fogler, who audiences know from the Fantastic Beasts films, will portray Ser Torrhen Manderly, a knight from White Harbor, supporting the Blacks. Known recently for his work in “Knightfall” (2017-2019) and “The Gold” (2023-2025), Tom Cullen is also joining the cast as Ser Luthor Largent, the imposing commander of the City Watch in King’s Landing.

Fall in love — again and again. The eerie words of the teaser trailer, sung over the revelry of pre-Victorian England and images of the dark and windswept Yorkshire moors, have set a new tone for Emily Brontë’s classic work. Filled with intensity and passion, “Wuthering Heights” (2026) promises to both heighten and challenge everything audiences thought they knew about the gothic love story.

Starring Margot Robbie as Catherine Earnshaw and Jacob Elordi as the mysterious Heathcliff, the film already has fans debating whether this adaptation will honor or upend the source material. Whatever the case, it’s sure to be a thrilling ride!

As much as we love internet buzz and strive to add to the conversation, we at StreamSafely know that the most important thing is protecting fans and creators. Overzealous  anticipation can be a lure for bad actors who dupe fans into using illegal streaming sites with the promise of early or free access. Such sites put users’ identities and device security at risk. So while the passionate love story of “Wuthering Heights” may throw caution to the wind, conscious viewers never should.

Everything You Should Know Before Seeing Wuthering Heights (2026)

The original novel “Wuthering Heights” was written by Emily Brontë and published in 1847 under her pseudonym, Ellis Bell. Emily was the youngest of the three Brontë sisters, each of whom penned what would go on to be literary classics. Not to be confused with Jane Austen, who wrote “Pride and Prejudice” and “Emma” three decades earlier, Emily crafted a singular gothic novel of passion and vengeance that scandalized Victorian readers.

Like many great works of literature, “Wuthering Heights” has attracted filmmakers for nearly as long as film has existed as an art. In fact, the first adaptation was a silent film in 1920. The next adaptation was directed by William Wyler in 1939. Starring Laurence Olivier and Merle Oberon, it became a Hollywood classic, but it famously only covered the first half of Brontë’s novel.

Most recently, an adaptation came out in 1992 with Ralph Fiennes and Juliette Binoche, followed by another by director David Skynner in 1998, and another directed by Andrea Arnold in 2011, starring Kaya Scodelario and James Howson. On the small screen, MTV released a modern version in 2003, and in 2009, ITV also released a miniseries starring Tom Hardy and Charlotte Riley.

Click below to stream the previous versions:

In 2026, director Emerald Fennel will blur the lines between love and obsession in her all-new version starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi. With so much history behind the source material and its adaptations — plus the internet chaos surrounding the film — we at StreamSafely simply cannot wait to see what the new film has in store!

Book Plot (Spoilers)

Emily Brontë’s “Wuthering Heights” is told largely through flashbacks as the current housekeeper, Nelly Dean, recounts the sordid history of two families connected to the isolated farmhouse called Wuthering Heights.

The story begins when Mr. Earnshaw takes in a dark-skinned orphan boy, naming him Heathcliff. The boy and Earnshaw’s daughter, Catherine, form an intense bond. Mr. Earnshaw’s son, Hindley, however, develops bitter jealousy toward Heathcliff, who has become his father’s favorite.

After Mr. Earnshaw’s death, Hindley inherits Wuthering Heights and systematically degrades Heathcliff, forcing him to work as a servant. Despite this cruelty, Catherine and Heathcliff remain devoted to each other, roaming the moors together as wild, untamed companions.

What follows is a dark and emotionally charged chain of events, unfolding over many years, set in motion by love, pride, and betrayal, as lives become entangled across generations and long-buried grudges refuse to stay buried. Obsession blurs the line between devotion and destruction, secrets quietly shape the future, and the consequences of one passionate bond ripple outward in unexpected ways—until the story builds toward a haunting reckoning that lingers long after the final page.

Director: Emerald Fennell

Director Emerald Fennell initially gained recognition as an actress, appearing in period dramas including “Anna Karenina” (2012) alongside Kiera Knightley and “The Danish Girl” (2015). She even earned an Emmy nomination for her portrayal of Camilla Parker Bowles in Netflix’s “The Crown” (2019-2020).

Transitioning from acting, Fennell’s directorial breakthrough came with “Promising Young Woman” (2020), a revenge thriller starring Carey Mulligan that earned five Academy Award nominations and won Best Original Screenplay. Her follow-up, the gothic thriller “Saltburn” (2023) starring Barry Keoghan and Jacob Elordi — who now stars in “Wuthering Heights” — garnered critical attention for its depth and critique of societal norms, especially among the upper class.

Movie Plot

Surrounded by the dark chill of the desolate Yorkshire moors, the fire of two star-crossed lovers consumes everything it touches. But when society’s cruel hierarchies tear them apart, the lust for vengeance sets in motion a cycle of destruction that will haunt two generations and reshape the meaning of eternal devotion.

Genre

“Wuthering Heights” (2026) is currently tagged in IMDb as Drama and Romance. However, given the trailer and director Emerald Fennell’s reputation from recent works, the movie seems to be taking on a darker tone and may bleed into the realm of Psychological Drama and Thriller.

Runtime

There is no official runtime yet for “Wuthering Heights” (2026), but the more recent feature film adaptations — as well as Fennell’s other directorial works — tend to be around 2 hours.

Rating

Director Emerald Fennell has many R-rated films in her portfolio, and “Wuthering Heights” is expected to join them with Strong Adult Language, Sexual Content, and even Graphic Nudity, a la “Saltburn” (2023).

Theatrical Release Date

“Wuthering Heights” will be released to theaters on February 13, 2026, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Streaming Options

“Wuthering Heights” will arrive exclusively in theaters. Following its theatrical run, StreamSafely’s online movie database will provide up-to-date information about authorized streaming services carrying the film once distribution details are announced.

Remember, accessing films through unofficial channels puts viewers at serious risk. Piracy websites frequently contain malware designed to steal personal information, compromise financial data, and damage devices. Rather than risk your online security, learn how to recognize illegal piracy sites and thwart bad actors in their tracks!

Cast & Crew

Wuthering Heights (2026) assembles a talented ensemble to bring Emily Brontë’s gothic romance to life, led by Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi. Robbie first gained fame through “The Wolf of Wall Street” (2013) and earned Academy Award nominations for her performances in “I, Tonya” (2017) and “Bombshell” (2019). Most recently, she played the titular character in “Barbie” (2023), which grossed over $1.4 billion worldwide.

Jacob Elordi rose to prominence through Netflix’s “The Kissing Booth” franchise and HBO’s “Euphoria”(2019-2022), earning a BAFTA nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in “Saltburn” (2023) and additional acclaim for his role as Elvis Presley in “Priscilla” (2023). He also just underwent an acclaimed on-screen transformation as the Creature in Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein” (2025).

“Hello, Sydney. Did you miss me?” The voice on the other side of the phone is raspy and cold. “I’m not hiding, Sydney. Not this time.”

Sidney Prescott faces her darkest nightmare yet as Ghostface targets her daughter, Tatum, in a twisted game of cat and mouse. Fans of the horror franchise have been dying for the next chapter in the Scream saga, and “Scream VII” will not disappoint. Returning to its roots with original scream queen Neve Campbell leading the charge, this latest entry promises to reignite the terror that made audiences fall in love with the series nearly three decades ago.

As much as we love the horror genre, for us at Streamsafely, there’s nothing scarier than compromising your online security. Our online movie database was created to connect viewers with legitimate streaming services to all their favorite titles. Many known piracy sites actively work to trick, mislead, and take advantage of their users, but with StreamSafely, you can be sure that you have a safe experience every time.

Everything You Should Know Before Seeing Scream 7

Reportedly inspired by the real-life Gainesville Ripper murders that occurred in Florida, Kevin Williamson began to write a script that would become an icon of horror. The original “Scream” (1996), directed by horror master Wes Craven, featured a masked killer stalking high school student Sidney Prescott and her friends in the fictional town of Woodsboro, California. Both terrifying and self-aware, the movie turned the horror genre on its head by having characters who understood they were living in a horror-movie scenario.

The first film shattered expectations at the box office and with critics alike, earning over $173 million worldwide against a modest budget of just $14 million. In a brilliant and chilling move (spoilers for the first film incoming!), the movie’s marketing campaign famously featured Drew Barrymore as the star — billing her first on the original poster, which is an ultra close-up of her face — only to kill her character off in the opening scene.

Williamson was clear: No one was safe. This bold move, combined with the revelation that there were two killers working together rather than one, surprised audiences and subverted expectations so well that such twists would define all subsequent installments.

Relive the Complete Scream Legacy

From the first masked killer to the most recent terrifying twist, the Scream franchise has built a continuous world of fear, mystery, and unforgettable survivors. Every film stands on its own, but true Scream fans know the magic lies in watching them unfold chronologically — the clues, connections, and returning faces that make this franchise such a legendary ride. Dive back into the lore and experience the full nightmare as it was meant to be seen:

1. Scream (1996): High school student Sidney Prescott becomes the target of a mysterious killer known as Ghostface, who terrorizes the town of Woodsboro one year after the brutal murder of her mother.

2. Scream 2 (1997): Two years after surviving the Woodsboro murders, Sidney leaves to attend college. As students attend a horror movie, “Stab,” based on the events in Woodsboro, a new Ghostface emerges to add to the body count.

3. Scream 3 (2000): Sidney emerges from hiding when murders begin on the set of “Stab 3,” forcing her to confront her past and uncover dark family secrets surrounding her mother.

4. Scream 4 (2011): On the fifteenth anniversary of the original killings, Sidney returns to Woodsboro to promote her self-help book. When new Ghostface killings occur, it is the one who’s accused.

5. Scream (2022): Twenty-five years after the original massacre, a new killer resurrects the Ghostface mask to target a group of teenagers connected to the town’s deadly past.

6. Scream VI (2023): The survivors of the most recent Ghostface killings leave Woodsboro behind and start fresh in New York City, but the masked killer follows them to the big city for a more brutal chapter.

All Scream installments are streaming on Paramount+.

Director: Kevin Williamson

Kevin Williamson wrote the original “Scream” screenplay, which launched one of horror’s most successful franchises. After writing “Scream” (1996), “Scream 2” (1997), and “Scream 4” (2011), Williamson makes his directorial debut in the series with “Scream 7”.

Beyond the Scream franchise, Williamson achieved tremendous success creating hit television series, including “Dawson’s Creek” (1998-2003), “The Vampire Diaries” (2009-2017), and “The Following” (2013-2015). His other notable screenwriting credits include “I Know What You Did Last Summer” (1997), “The Faculty” (1998), and his directorial debut, “Teaching Mrs. Tingle” (1999), which he also wrote.

Movie Plot

Having made a new life for herself in a new small town, Sidney Prescott thought she had escaped the shadow of Ghostface forever. She was wrong. This time, the masked killer has his sights set on her daughter, Tatum. With everyone around them in jeopardy, Sidney must find a way to expose and catch the killer before everyone she loves becomes prey.

Genre

According to IMDb, “Scream 7” falls under the Slasher Horror, Whodunnit, Horror, and Mystery genres. The franchise has consistently blended Slasher Horror with Mystery and some Dark Comedy.

Runtime

The official runtime for “Scream 7” has not yet been announced. The recent installments have averaged approximately 2 hours, with “Scream” (2022) running 1 hour and 54 minutes and “Scream VI” (2023) clocking in at 2 hours and 2 minutes.

Rating

No official MPA rating for “Scream 7” has been confirmed at this time. However, all previous films in the franchise have received R ratings for things like Strong Bloody Violence, Language Throughout, and Some Sexual References.

Theatrical Release Date

“Scream 7” will be released in theaters on February 27, 2026, in Dolby Cinema, 4DX, and Large Format.

Scream 7 (2025) Official Trailer

The nightmare isn’t over. Watch Sidney Prescott and her daughter, Tatum, go up against Ghostface in Paramount Pictures’ first teaser trailer!

Cast & Crew

“Scream 7” brings together members of the franchise’s principal cast with exciting new talent for another chapter of terror. After her absence in “Scream VI” (2023), which starred Jenna Ortega and Melissa Barrera, Neve Campbell returns as Sidney Prescott — the role that defined her career and made her one of horror’s most iconic final girls across five previous films. Campbell has also had her share of TV success as LeAnn Harvey on “House of Cards” (2017-2019) and played opposite Dwayne Johnson in “Skyscraper” (2018).

Joining for the first time as Campbell’s on-screen daughter, Tatum, is Isabel May, known for her starring role in the Paramount+ series “1883” (2021-2022). Joel McHale, famous for his role as the charismatic Jeff Winger in “Community” (2009-2015), will play Sidney’s husband, Mark Evans.

Introduced in “Scream” (2022), Mason Gooding and Jasmin Savoy Brown are back as twins Chad and Mindy Meeks-Martin. Last, but certainly not least, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who go all the way back to “Scream” (1996), will reprise their roles as well — despite (spoilers!) Arquette’s character Dewey Riley dying in “Scream” (2022).

In fact, Deadline has revealed that Arquette, Scott Foley (Ghostface in “Scream 3”), and Matthew Lillard (the original Ghostface) will all be making an appearance in the new film! But since these characters are all deceased, we have no idea where this new Scream movie will go or what kind of flashbacks will be revealed, but our team at StreamSafely cannot wait!
