In order to accept the invitation, the teacher will need a Basic (free) membership. If they don’t have one, they can create one using the email address on the invitation by clicking “Sign Up” at https://www.education.com.

Once they have signed into their Basic account, they will see the invitation across the screen from you and all they need to do is accept. They will then be upgraded to receive Premium benefits.

  • Sign into your membership and click on your UserID in the top right-hand corner. 
  • Select School Admin from the dropdown. 
  • Select the Settings option on the bottom left of the page to manage the teachers that can access your membership benefits. 
  • To add a new teacher to your License, click on +Add Teacher
  • To remove a teacher from your License, go to Teachers, hover over the email address of the teacher, and click on the trash can icon.

I’m a teacher who has access to a School License.   • Log in to your Premium account, click on the Premium user icon in the top right, and select +Add Student.
  • Manually add names, upload a spreadsheet, or import from Google Classroom. 
  • After the first name is added, additional names can be added by selecting Add another name, or you can select Next Step to enter the grade level for the child. 
  • To delete students, click the trash can icon in each student’s row, or delete a whole class by selecting all students and then Delete.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit a student name, avatar or grade.  Lock and Hide individual student grade levels if you choose.
  • To edit a Group, click on the Premium user ID and select My Groups. You can then add, edit or delete your groups from there.

The Primary Admin can add/remove teachers from the License and view teacher usage of the License, but they can not view or edit student rosters. 

Secondary Administrators can be added by the Primary Administrator if needed:

  • Click on your User icon and select School Admin from the drop down menu.
  • Then go to Settings and click on +Add Teacher to add in the first and last name of the Secondary Admin, as well as their email address.

To search our worksheets, select Worksheets from the top of the homepage.  You can also access our worksheets from the home page by selecting Worksheets from the content bar at the top of the page. You can then filter by subject, grade and topic.

If you know the exact name of the resource you are looking for, or if you are searching for a resource on a specific subject, you can use quotation marks. Using quotation marks will search our resources for the exact phrase entered in the search bar. For example, if you would like to locate our Hunger Games novel study resources you can search “Hunger Games”. This will search our resources for this specific phrase to easily locate the desired resource. This will ensure you get a more precise search with the most relevant results.

You can also find printable workbooks here, available to all Premium membership. These can also be filtered by subject and grade.
