This hackathon commences Saturday 30/8/25 12:00 PM AEST and concludes Sunday 31/8/25 12:00 PM AEST.

Eligibility

You need to be a University student studying in Australia over the age of 18. 

Usage of AI

During development:

• You may use Generative AI services (such as ChatGPT) to assist in the development of your product or service. Please bear in mind that these services do not always produce accurate results and may impact the quality of your code, which is assessed in judging.

As part of your submission:

• You may include AI as part of your product or service. Please also keep in mind that the manner in which you use AI will be subject to evaluation. For example, manually training an LLM model will probably fare better than making an API call to OpenAI in the technical component of judging.

Git Submission

• The GIT repository must be created AFTER Saturday August 30th 12:00PM and commits only up to August 31st 12:00PM will be assessed.  
• All submitted code must have been written after Saturday August 30th 12:00 PM and before August 31st 12:00 PM, excluding short snippets of code from external (referenced) sources.
