The Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) is a nonprofit membership organization that supports and advocates for community health centers (FQHCs) across Texas. As the state’s federally designated Primary Care Association, TACHC helps health centers deliver high-quality, comprehensive care in urban and rural communities, all with the shared mission of expanding access to care for Texans.

TACHC membership is open to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), FQHC Look-Alikes, and organizations actively pursuing FQHC status.
As the Primary Care Association for Texas, we provide our members with expert training, technical assistance, and resources designed to enhance operations and improve patient care.
