Viktoriya Tigipko is the Founder and Managing Partner of TA Ventures.

As a serial entrepreneur, Viktoriya has built and scaled a number of early digital platforms across Europe. Her legacy business interests are diversified across financial services, industrial machinery distribution, construction, and real estate.

Viktoriya is also the founder of the Odesa International Film Festival, IDCEE, and Code Club Ukraine. Additionally, Viktoriya chairs the Board of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, a government-backed initiative supporting Ukrainian startups.

Viktoriya holds an M.S. degree from Kyiv National Economics University / Vienna University of Economics and Business, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Oleg is a Partner at TA Ventures based in Los Angeles. Oleg focuses on deal sourcing in the US, West Coast and Ukraine with a core interest in Consumer Tech and provides added value to the portfolio companies.

Oleg has more than 6 years of experience in Startups and Venture-building (co-founded Concepter HQ – an accelerator and venture builder in Consumer Tech).

Oleg obtained Master's degrees in Computer Science from the Donetsk National Technical University and the University of Portsmouth.

Stepan is a Partner at TA Ventures based in the Netherlands. Stepan focuses on deal sourcing in the Benelux, Nordics, UK, and US markets. Additionally, Stepan is involved in LP (fund) investments.

Stepan has more than 6 years of experience in Venture Capital and Private Equity and was previously an Investment Manager in the Private Equity team at PGGM, a Dutch asset manager with c. EUR 230bn AUM, where he focused on Technology and Growth-stage investments.

Stepan obtained a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Richard is a Partner at TA Ventures based in Southeast Asia, he is adept at identifying promising ventures in emerging markets, with a particular emphasis on consumer technology and marketplaces.

With over five years of experience in startups and venture capital, Richard has a rich background on the creator and media side and is a two-time founder. His expertise in media and technology has led him to become an Angel Investor in over 70 companies worldwide. Richard's specialty lies in guiding founders with go-to-market and marketing strategies.

Possessing a robust global network and being a true global citizen, Richard's primary focus is on nurturing and leading TA Ventures' efforts in early-stage deals across burgeoning markets like Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
