- The customer uses the Express Checkout kiosk to place an order. An order number is provided upon checkout.
- A budtender receives the order on the POS, gathers and scans the items.
- The customer finalizes payment at the register and collects their items.

All orders appear in the POS under “Queued Orders.” From there, staff can:
- Click “START TO PREPARE” for new orders
- Use “FINISH TO PREPARE” when in-progress
- Optionally cancel incomplete orders
