Hackers will work in teams to embark on a 24 hour journey towards designing the greatest prototypes using their knowledge in UI/UX. The proposed theme of this hackathon is “counter-intuitive”. This means the best chances at success for a team is to adhere to designing UI that is intentionally inaccessible, but it is absolutely necessary that it is well thought out. Examples of this design can be found in Awesome Bad UI. Creating anti-design patterns will allow hackers to understand the importance of good UI. This hackathon is inclusive towards participants without technical backgrounds by offering no/low code avenues. There will be refreshments, workshops, and mini events throughout the event for hackers to enjoy.
