Can you tell me how to package the service for maven? The project is made in Java and uses maven for building project. Is there a way to create a standalone executable jar.

I am trying to deploy by hand for the moment a set of services based on Lagom, however contrary to Play application it doest not seem to accept any prod configuration when launching the packaged service at runtime, that is to say (after the dist command) launching the following file:

#!/usr/bin/env bash
myprojectdir/bin/my-project-script -Dconfig.file=/absolute/path/to/prod.conf

… does not take into account the prod conf file. Have you encounter the problem and have you any solution for this problem ?

I worked on one solution to deploy Lagom application without ConductR. You will find here one solution based on docker/consul/treafik : https://github.com/Lagom-community/Lagom-docker-deployment/tree/implemen_with_treafik/lagom-scala-hello-consul/docker
