Any use of the visualized version of Twitter / Facebook / YouTube are at your own risk. Twitter, Facebook and YouTube Logo available on our site are trademark to the respective platforms, likewise we do not host any of the media content (images / videos) on TheVisuaizED Host. You indemnify us against all losses and damages occurred as a result of using this service and we are not responsible for any specific use or misuse of this service. Be aware that we are not storing your credential and other important information (except Name and Email via Subscription and Contact Form) thus intent no harm to you and your belongings. Moreover, we do not specifically market our product to children under the age of 13 years.

TheVisualized is just a visual representation of Twitter, Facebook and YouTube and doesn't claims to own any content. All the content in textual or digital format are the publicly available contents on their respective Social Media Platforms (in our case: Twitter, Facebook and YouTube) and are fetched via Official Developer API(s) from Twitter, Facebook and YouTube respectively. Thus, we donot host any of the media including Images, Gifs and Videos on our Server. The automated/manual and/or systematic collection of data (using scraping, navigator bot or in any way possible) from our Application is highly porhibited. If you intent to share; you are permitted for a URL Share, Charts/Visual exports or in some cases Screenshots; only with an Ethical use. Please follow the Links here as we are strictly following the Developer guidelines as mentioned here on Twitter`s Developer Agreement and Policy and YouTube`s API Services Terms of Service and we expect the same from you in regards to usage.

TheVisualized will not spam you, nor sell your personal data to a third party. We only collect your searched string anonymously to gather your interest for Analytics purpose, instance to maintain your Dashboard views and your contact details (Name and Email) when you subscribe or contact us via our Contact Us - Page. We may collect anonymous usage data (this includes your searched queries on TheVisualized Application) to provide more awesome and contextual form of Social Media. Additional collection of usage tracking including the one with "Google Analytics" is purely anonymous to us. However, csers can manually set the preferences on Google Ads for how Google advertises him/her via the Google Ad Settings page or visiting the Network Advertising Initiative page by Google.

By using this Application you confirm that you are older than a legal age of using Social Media within your County/State/Country or at least 16 years of age. A senstivity detection algorithm is involved in almost every search you make on our Application. This algorithm is only implemented with an idea to have an ethical behaviour against the publicly available sensitive content which is not yet marked with appropriate flags. Algorithm detects the sensitive text available on the platform as a Tweet, Post or Title and respectively blocks the visuals with an HTML Component "Possibly Sensitive Content". This algorithm is in its initial state and blocks the content of a few dedicated languages. TheVisualized was initiated as a fun project and then to a prove-of-concept and now moving fast to make the social media world more visually available. We use a third-party to provide monetisation technologies for our site. The ads shown on the application are from "Google Adsense", "Google Tag Manager" and from Google's approved Partner Platforms (which users comply directly to Google, irrespective of TheVisualized).
