
Founded in 1990 by the priest Rafael García Herreros, Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios (UNIMINUTO) or (UMD) is a private and Catholic university in Colombia, with its main headquarters in Bogotá. It offers undergraduate, specialisations and postgraduate degrees as well as continuing education in face-to-face and distance modalities. The university has eight campuses that cover 50 municipalities in Colombia, with coverage in 22 departments, with virtual programs from the Institute of Virtual and Distance Education. The University has academic programs in the Faculties of Human and Social Sciences, Business Sciences, Communication Sciences, Education and Engineering.
