I am an engineer living in Southern California. I graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2018 with a B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering. During my time there, I was introduced to the world of embedded systems while attending hackathons such as LA Hacks, BeachHacks, and HackPoly.
After graduation, I started working for a small company called Lindsey Systems which develops and provides innovative solutions for the electric power industry. In 2020, I decided to advance my education further and enrolled in the computer engineering graduate program at California State University, Fullerton. There, I spent time as a research assistant, working in the Bio-Electric Signals Based Systems Laboratory under Dr. Kiran George. I worked on projects such as developing systems to detect patient falls in hospitals using various sensors, cameras, and machine learning algorithms, as well as creating an automatic spice rack to help visually impaired people with cooking.
Upon receiving my M.S. degree in computer engineering in 2022, I started working at Western Digital as a firmware engineer, where I am currently supporting the development of new hard drive programs and implementing customer features on them.
Outside of work and school, my interests include PC gaming, arcade fightsticks, 3D printing, fitness, and movies.
