You're not allowed to start working on your project until the event begins on May 13th. 

Teams can be up to five(5) people.

Keep in mind you MUST be at least 18 years of age, and reside within the United States of America in order to participate.

Projects can only be developed during the Duration of the event and must be submitted by May 15th 10:00 AM PST
