Fancy embeds for [tumblr] posts
When posting a Tumblr link, replace tumblr.com with tpmblr.com.
On Discord, you can also type s/u/p to replace the first "u" in the last message with a "p", which will automatically convert tumblr.com to tpmblr.com!
If a standard embed cannot display the contents, the post will be rendered into an image and displayed in the embed!
