Shreeja Mahila Milk Producer Company Limited(Shreeja MMPCL) is an all-women milk producer company headquartered in Tirupati. It was incorporated in July 2014. It started operations in September 2014. The company focuses on serving small and marginal rural women milk producers. It has built a strong identity around women-led dairy enterprise and producer empowerment.

Shreeja operates through a large producer network and village-level procurement activities. This model depends on accurate member records. It also depends on timely field execution. As operations expand, the organization must onboard new producers quickly. It must also train them consistently. The team needs reliable visibility into who joined, who completed training, and what support is still pending. Paper-based registers and scattered files slow this work. They also increase the risk of duplicate entries and missing details.

Trace AgTech supported Shreeja’s scale goals by digitizing farmer registration and training workflows. Field teams can now capture producer profiles in a consistent format. They can validate key details during onboarding. They can also map training participation village by village. This creates a clearer picture of coverage. It improves follow-up planning. It reduces last-minute data cleaning for reviews.

A single digital system also improves reporting speed. Teams can generate summaries faster. They can share updates more confidently with management and partners. The system reduces manual consolidation. It reduces dependence on paper lists and spreadsheets. It also creates a cleaner operational trail for governance and audits. Overall, digitized registration and training strengthen execution discipline. They help Shreeja expand into new areas with better consistency. They also help the organization serve more women producers without adding administrative load.

digital veterinary workflow. It combines a doctor mobile app with a management web portal. Together, they create one trackable process from field visit to office review. MILMA (Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation—KCMMF) started in 1980 under Operation Flood. It runs as a three-tier dairy cooperative in Kerala. MILMA has 3,076 primary milk co-operative societies. It has 10.4 lakh milk-producing farmer members. Three regional unions coordinate this network: TRCMPU, ERCMPU, and MRCMPU.

With MILMA e‑Vet, veterinarians record cases in the field with less delay. Doctors register new cases and update treatment notes on the spot. They also capture insurance details in the same flow. The app stores animal-wise history in one place. Doctors can review earlier visits before starting treatment. They can also track open cases until closure. MILMA e‑Vet shows a monthly summary on the phone. This helps doctors review caseload and outcomes faster.

The MILMA e‑Vet web portal gives administrators a view of doctor activity. Teams can track doctor-wise cases and total volumes across locations. They can review trends and spot delays in reporting. The portal also supports payout processing. It calculates payables using payment slabs. This reduces manual reconciliation and speeds up approvals. It also improves audit readiness by keeping a clear trail from case entry to settlement.

MILMA e‑Vet also supports medicine inventory control. Teams can log available medicines and monitor expiry dates. This reduces the risk of using expired stock. It also supports better planning for replenishment. The same system can help supervisors check whether doctors record cases consistently. It can also help managers compare workload across doctors. Overall, MILMA e‑Vet improves daily execution for doctors and strengthens oversight for administrators. It supports faster documentation, clearer reporting, and more transparent payment processing across MILMA’s veterinary network.
