Our system allows you to reenroll a student so they can retake the course for either additional review or when their certification expires in two years. When a student is enrolled a second time, their status will appear as ‘reenrolled’ under the Enrolled Students heading.

If you mistakenly enroll a student more than once in a course and need to reclaim that seat in your group, please contact us using the form on the support page.

• 20-50 students = $24.99 per student (50% discount)
• 50+ students = Contact us for special pricing options.

Please note:

• Once you hit a certain discount level, that discount applies to all future seats purchased for that group (ie. Seat 22, 23, 24 etc. will be priced at $24.99 even if bought individually).
• The purchased seats do not expire until used. This allows you to take advantage of the Bulk Discount pricing even if you currently have fewer than 20 employees in need of training and use the additional seats to train future employees.

As a group manager you are not automatically registered to take the course you set-up the group for.

To take the course, you will need to enroll yourself as a student in your group. This does not affect your ability to manage your group. For more information about enrolling students, click here.

To purchase multiple seats for a group of learners, please begin by going to the: Securement 101 Course Page and follow the steps below.

• If you do not have a Training Academy account, click ‘Join the Aqademy’ on the right-hand side of screen to create one (See Screen 1). Or, if you already have an account, click ‘Login’, just below, instead.
• Once your signup/login is complete, you can now select the ‘Group Purchase’ option.
• Create a name for your group.
• Add the number of seats/students you are enrolling. Next, under ‘Select Your Courses’, check the box for the course you wish to purchase, eg. ‘Securement 101’.
• Click ‘Add to Cart’.
• In the cart, if you have a coupon code, enter it and then select ‘Apply Coupon’.
• To complete your purchase, click ‘PayPal Checkout’ at the bottom of the page to pay via credit card or PayPal (See Screen 2).
• You will now see a receipt of your transaction. From this screen, select the ‘Manage Groups’ link in the Course Menu (See Screen 3).
• On your Group Management page you should now see the name of the group you just created under ‘Viewing Group’ heading (See Screen 3). If not, select your group from the dropdown.
