Went through a long process with Timothy to relocate my cat from USA to Singapore.. Although it's long Timothy was always patient and professional, we finally had my cat landed after six months from the initiation of the process. TC pet movers helped move my puppy to a different country with really professional service and transparent price. They are always able to address my concerns with patience and care. Professional, experienced. There are so many "company" out there provide animal/pet transport service, and of course I've reached out to multiple carriers before finalized my pick. The reason why I pick them among all the other carriers is because how they treat their clients. I am new to this so I want someone that cares, and that is what I feel through out our conversation. Their respond time is the fastest, explanation is the clearest and detailed, which is why I say professional and experienced in the first place. Highly recommend!

Patient, carefulness, communicative, professional. Thanks for everything relocating my 8 yrs boxer, from Los Angeles to Shanghai, a three days journey. They prepared enough water with ice, icy pat and cooling box in the kennel. Enough supplies for my dog. To be honest, I can’t find any where more reliable than this one. The price is transparent and reasonable, the service is professional. My cat only spent under 15hrs for layover at SVO which I appreciate it so much. I noticed they did clean the crate when landed at SVO and gave my poor little one food prepared by me all the time. One thing you should know is you only get photo/video proofs at departure, and you will pay a lot just for a photo when your little ones are in any connection. Anything after should be customs clearance company’s (if any) job.

Moving is stressful. Add a cross-country move with your dog on top of that and it becomes even more stressful. Timothy and Transcontinental Pet Movers made our move a breeze. We had to board our dog, Luna, with them overnight and Timothy was so fantastic, sending us regular updates with photos and videos of Luna up until her flight took off. He took care of the paperwork and logistics of shipping our pet in cargo, always prepared with a solution and recommendations. I could not recommend TransCon enough!

We sent both our cat and dog (a big Golden Retriever) back to our home country with Transcontinental Pet Movers. Although we encountered some challenges due to some uncertainties in regulations and flights during COVID, People at Transcontinental Pet Movers were able to solve them professionally and quickly. Because of their IPATA and relevant qualifications, they could book different flights and adjust schedules quickly, which is very important nowadays. I send my rabbit from SF to Paris. Before I contact Transcontinental I have no idea of how to do it. They answered all my questions and helped me schedule vet, buy flight ticket and so on. They prepared all document needed so I don't have to spend many time on it. At the day my rabbit take flight, they come to my place and help me set up the air cage. They are very professional.
