I appreciate you taking the time to reply and inform me that my case is still being processed by the technical team. However, I would like to kindly mention that whenever I contact support regarding my account, I usually receive the same response that my case is still under review and that there is no update yet from the technical team. First of all, I would like to sincerely appreciate the work your team is doing again. Pureprofile has built a very interesting platform that allows people to share their opinions and participate in meaningful surveys. The concept of rewarding members for their opinions is truly a great idea, and many people, including myself, have enjoyed being part of the community. Your platform has a lot of positive qualities. The surveys are often interesting, the topics are diverse, and the idea of connecting businesses with real consumer opinions is something that I truly admire. Platforms like Pureprofile play an important role in market research, and it is clear that a lot of effort has been invested in building such a system. However, I would like to respectfully share some feedback and suggestions that I believe could further improve the experience for members. Firstly, I would like to mention that I have still not received any response from your technical team regarding my account verification. My account was suspended on 11 February 2026, and after that I submitted my identification and my current utility bill as requested. Since then, I have not received any update about the status of my account. I fully understand that verification processes are important to maintain the security and integrity of the platform, but clearer communication during this process would be very helpful for members. One suggestion I would like to offer is improving communication with members during verification reviews. Even a simple update such as your verification is still under review would reassure members that their case is being handled. When users wait for weeks without updates, it creates uncertainty and frustration. Another area that could be improved is response time to support emails. Many members feel discouraged when they send messages and do not receive timely responses. Providing faster and more consistent communication would greatly improve trust between the platform and its members. Additionally, it might be beneficial to make the verification timeline clearer. If members know approximately how long verification takes, they will be more patient and understanding during the process. I would also like to suggest improvements in a few other areas that members sometimes discuss: Improving the speed of reward payments could significantly enhance user satisfaction. Some members feel that waiting several weeks for payouts is quite long compared to other platforms. Reducing technical issues within surveys would also be beneficial. Occasionally surveys may crash, stop working, or disqualify users after they have already spent time answering many questions. Ensuring better stability for surveys would make the experience smoother. Increasing transparency when surveys disqualify participants could also help. Many members invest time answering screening questions and feel disappointed when they are disqualified without explanation. Finally, strengthening direct communication between the support team and members would make the platform feel more personal and supportive. When members feel heard and valued, they are more likely to remain loyal to the platform and continue participating in surveys. Please understand that this feedback is shared with great respect and appreciation for the work your team has already done. Pureprofile has built a strong platform with great potential, and with a few improvements in communication, support response times, verification processes, and survey stability, the member experience could become even better. Once you deposit a significant amount, he becomes your best friend—until you actually win.The moment I tried to withdraw a substantial win, Paul’s "friendly" demeanor vanished. I was met with ghosting, excuses about "manual audits," and eventually, outright lies. He personally oversees the freezing of accounts that are "too profitable." He is not a casino operator; he is a con artist in a suit.2. Blatantly Rigged Software (RNG is a Joke)I have played at dozens of regulated casinos, and the "variance" here is impossible.The High-Stake Kill Switch: When you play with small stakes, the games seem normal. Give it a try. Write your own lyrics. The words may be changed a little, for a better, natural, flow, but I'm so thrilled. Literally every single important thing I wanted to say is included, right down to the ending, were MY words. The only thing that was done wrong, is the name of one person. It was wrong in the first song, so this time I spelled it exactly as it sounds. It came out wrong, exactly like it was the first time. That's the only thing that has disappointed me. I'm not paying more for a redo, that will probably still come out wrong. There shouldn't be a charge for trying to correct the pronunciation of a single word, especially when it's been spelled exactly like it sounds.

Kept sending me to a lawyer with no help and wanted to charge me another $5.00. I had to resolve my own question as they couldn't help me with my question. Be aware of what they charge you.
