SGD brings together programmers, writers, artists, musicians, and anyone who wants to get involved in game development to create 4-6 games a semester. All skill levels welcome!
We also host workshops, game jams, social events, and guest speakers throughout the year!

Adventurer’s Tavern
Unity, 2D
Welcome to Adventurer’s Tavern! You’re a chef in a magical fantasy land and have lots of customers! Your magical, kitchen-restaurant caravan will travel to different biomes, source local ingredients, and use them to cook delicious dishes to serve to your hungry customers.
BUrnout Blitz
Godot, 3D
A racing, split screen game where one player controls a driver that tries to finish a track as fast as possible, while the other controls a devil that tries to slow down the driver as much as possible!
The CATpitalist
Godot, 2D
Come and make your purrfect money making empire as a cute little cat! Work on your family farm through collecting resources and planting exotic crops to help your adoptive parents make ends meet! Visit wacky locations and meet some unique characters along the way… and become THE CATPITALIST!

Unity, 3D
A round-based fantasy survival game inspired by CoD Zombies. The lighthouse’s magic is failing, Cyclops monsters are coming. Cast powerful spells, survive escalating waves, and upgrade between rounds.
Lucid NIghtmares
Godot, 2D
A puzzle platformer where you’re dreaming and the world works differently. Use your mind to control the world around you, overcome obstacles and reach new heights. Traverse five levels and enjoy eight original tracks as you try to find the way back to your bed, out of the Lucid Nightmares.
SuperPosition
Unity, 3D
A surreal art gallery. A creepy desert with UFO’s and missing painting pieces you have to find. These are just a couple examples of the bizarre experiences in Superposition, a first-person, single-player horror game. It will keep you questioning reality and doubting your sanity.
