UWB Hacks AI is the 8th annual hackathon at the University of Washington, Bothell. The UWB ACM intends to bring students with diverse skill sets together to make connections and create something useful and/or fun.
The UWB ACM is partnering with the Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) and the IxDA Design Club to offer this event as a tri-club effort. Students will be tasked to align their project to the following tracks and still connect with the overall theme of “AI”.
We are honored to have the sponsorship of Avanade and Muir AI.
The tracks for this year will be released during our opening ceremony on April 26th.
Track #1 -- Health and Biotech

Requirements
What to Build
Your solution does not need to be developed using AI techniques, but it should relate to the idea of AI. For example, you could make a video game that is about people's interaction with AI or you could make a website that educates people about AI. Non-coding options are accepted.
Please align your project with one of our four tracks (subtopics / subthemes). To be fair to all contestants, the four tracks will be released April 26th during our opening ceremony.
What to Submit
Submit to Devpost a link to your project (Github, or other).
Do a live demonstration in front of the judges on Sunday, April 28th.
To be eligible for the Student Favorite, please submit a video along with your project submission so that other participants can vote on their favorite on Sunday, April 28th.
Prizes
Grand Prize
The winning team for the Grand Prize will be chosen from among the top 8 teams that the judges select from the first round of judging. This is an extra $250 value per person prize for a team of up to 3 people on top of the Track Winners award. This prize is brought to you by Avanade.
Student Favorite
$200 value per person prize for a team of up to 3 people. Half of this prize is from Avanade and half from Muir AI.
