Dates

• This Hackathon will take place between January 30th and 31st from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM, submissions will be due at 11:00 AM, and judging will conclude at 1:00 PM.

Eligibility

• Any VCU student, regardless of major, can submit.

Project and Submission Requirements

• Must be an original submission
• Must be created during the Hackathon
• Must include a working prototype/demo
• Must have source code available
• Must address a problem relevant to one of the themes
• Must be submitted by the deadline
• Teams of 1-4 members are allowed; individual participation is also welcome.
• Participants must adhere to the hackathon themes and timeline.
• Code of Conduct: As a VCU-sponsored & hosted event, all hackers and guests must abide by the VCU Student Code of Conduct at all times. This is required to participate in this event. https://conduct.students.vcu.edu/student-code-of-conduct/
• You must have a slideshow presentation which includes:
  • The project name
  • Team member names
  • Chosen theme
  • Team member email addresses
• You must present live infront of judges
