This is my darling Suga’s whole family. I love it! You can see that his brother takes after his dad, and my guy looks very much like his mum. They are both very beautiful to look at.

Sweet family, too bad they took so long to accept his dreams. But I am told, this is true of Korean families. Same with Japanese. They (the children) are taught early on about working hard and succeeding. Part of this I know, bc of Rojie, and partly cos I know how dynamics work in such cases. (I like to always learn new things!!)

I myself wasn’t taught very much, I had to learn a lot on my own. I got used to having to scrabble for things. That’s just the way it goes unfortunately for some people in foster care. You get shitty luck. But, thankfully I had someone watching over me, for the majority of my life bc I was pretty fortunate. I still am. I may not have a glamorous life, or a particularly comfortable one, but I do what I can with what I have. And that’s what counts.

Can’t say that I don’t try.

Joy. Oh well. Mind movies are always larger than life when you are mentally ill. Known fact.

Julz and I are going to play the Sims. She; the Sims 4, and I; the Sims 2. If you head on over to my PiFo, then you can read up on my newest legacy. I actually built a home that is really good, not by lilsimsie standards, but to my own? Heck yeah. And if you are on DW, I’m here too.

I just told Siri that he (mine’s a boy!) is a perv. He keeps popping up out of nowhere. And I just also noticed that that if you press the square middle button on a Samsung tab, you will get Gemini, Android’s answer to Siri. (But less annoying.) so… that’s that.

I went to Tim Horton’s for breakfast, I find myself strangely addicted to their small double chocolate donut. It is satisfyingly chocolate-y, and they are small so they don’t do as much damage as the bigger ones like Boston creams.

But a good time was had by all… and we (Gabs, Jo, Julie and I) are going to Swiss Chalet for what Gabs calls “the fish special“

I think that I will relax for the day. Check on my PiFo for my Sims adventures.

Personally? I can’t wait!! This will be my second concert, the first being wayyy back in 1990 for my Sweet 16th to see New Kids on the Block. All I remember is singing amongst fellow fans that were wall to wall of screaming fainting girls and being slightly bored cos we had closer to what is known as nosebleeds. I forgot who opened up for them… INXS with Michael Hutchence, or maybe some rap group? The details are a bit dodgy. Time will do that.

But, I wonder if all the screaming, crying, totally losing it fans there, actually present with the band will be loud enough to wake up Julz. She doesn’t wake up that easily. But she knows what a concert is, and what to expect of something as massive as BTS. (I think. I j-hope. XD)

So. And also, next week, I get to see my *new* endocrinologist!! And she’s a female, not that you male endos don’t know your stuff, it’s just my personal preference. Tis all.

Today I need to find a place for all my clothes. I have a shit ton of clean stuff and I need a place for my dirty. I might save that lot for when Maman comes and I can get my spring-summer stuff out. Girls/guys (but mostly girls) it’s dress season soon, and if you are like me, and love making guys go all googly eyed in mini-dresses like me, (I have fabulously long dancers leas, the knees are a bit arthritic but still nice) then, you want to get ready!! Cos frankly? Sweats weather is sooooo over.

Nah… I need to tackle that giant bag of laundry. I have two. One bag, and one basket. Both overflowing with clean laundry.

I have this in my head rn. XD Last night I was watching a bit of Kian’s Bizarre B&B (for my Jinny!!) to get ready. I am SO ready. XD I just hope that Netflix will have it showing later so, if I forget about it (45% chance) or I sleep in (2% bc I’m like Suga and part cat. I’m nocturnal!) I can watch it. I am setting up my alarms for 5am. And I have Netflix scheduled to actually remind my sleepy brains!!

So, while there is a teensy chance, it is just that. Teensy.

Music, playing the Sims, playing my 2DS, texting, photography, being a pain in the arse.

I will play the Sims 4 today. I want to see if I can get twins (or triplets!!) More info on that here. I think getting multiples gets easier, the earlier the game you play (like the Sims 2 or 3 for example, where cheating is hella easier.) But I got twins (and trips too once.) before, it’s funny how sometimes the babies end up looking totally different.

I have been playing the Sims for a very very long time. Since 2010. My journey started in a Walmart in 2006 with me spotting a copy of The Sims in Walmart, like literally a few months after moving here. That was 20 years ago. I have my favs of course, with anyone who regularly reads me, either here or on various platforms, will tell you, my fav is The Sims 2. I like-ish the Sims 3, it’s ok… but I still encounter bugs. Like that time, my sim was in Shang Simla which is obv China, and I was *true to form* getting this male to join my sim to Sim Nation… and I was partially successful, but the game froze and I lost both the guy and my sim.

So, I wasn’t amused.

Exactly… so tbh, I’ve been everywhere on that map but Al Simhara. But knowing me, I will over come my disgust for mummies (they freak me out!!)* and go there purely to explore the catacombs??

* It’s weird that mummies freak me out and like, death, fresh bodies, funerals and shit don’t faze me and actually intrigue me, but mummies would creep me the fuck out.

But, as my old homeroom teacher said once, “C’est la vie de grand ville!” (That’s life in the big city!)

Funny what somethings teach you and don’t teach you eh?? I am constantly learning things. I never want to stop either!!

And, idk if from the last post, yall got the news that my TL game *the actual European game* finally decided to say “‘Ello mate.'” which brings me joy beyond joys. No offense, but the American version is boring af. I also like jjjewel’s translation of the Japanese version too. ^^ Oy vey. I love that game to pieces. You can create literally anyone, and get two of them (in the Switch version they have gay couplings too.) married, they can have kids, and yada yada yada.

I think I’ll have Hawkins cheezies for snack this afternoon. I do love them. I got a large bag of them, with individual packets.

Well.. I g2g. I need drink the rest of my coffee b4 noontime. I don’t drink coffee after that. I was raised Italian and that is what we do. ^^

So, silly me wiped my microsd cart, (not the r4 phew!!! ) so I ended up jailbreaking my system once again, but! When I did that, I tried downloading the (EU) Tomodachi Life, and this time? IT FUCKING WORKED!¡

Now I can go to bed peacefully, bc I know that will be available to play tomorrow!! Speaking of, I’m bushed.

So. I tried writing this yesterday, but got caught up in a bit of drama, but it’s ok now. So, I bought these super expensive mini usb for the tablet Amir traded me, but… it isn’t any good. The tablet I mean. It is second rate. So, I kept the cords bc maybe someone could use them, and I tossed the Huawei. It wouldn’t even run YT ffs. So.. but I did salvage a 64 gig card from it! So, all was not lost.

Speaking of, I’m going to jailbreak the mf. (the 2DS not the card lolol) I can breathe easy knowing that I can get a hella lot more games on it now. Something I will have to do, is try and get Tomodachi Life (EU) and not (NA) bc the European version is much more posh than the American. Not to mention the accents?

So, I will get on with the jailbreaking. And I’ll tell yall which TL I get!

Another hook line and sinker of a show.

I love this show, I love how it’s becoming more and more mainstream on North American shores.

So. This movie, I saw with Bees, one of our earliest movie nights here where I live; we used to go to Keswick and there was free movie night, usually Wednesdays, and all we had to do was get the snacks and the tix were paid for. I love this movie. It brings out mine and Bees (like Seth and Evan?) friendship/sisterhood … whatever.

It is a bit crass, and hella crazy but… for me? Perfetto!

I like taking macros. I kinda wish I had the Motorola back, but… I read online that the Samsung A13 has a macro lens too. But I just go in very close to my subject… this, is a paint stain on the wall. I have a color version too (somewhere?)
