The APHC said that democratic institutions are under threat in India and saner voices are being muzzled by the Bharatiya Janata Party and its offshoots, which is a matter of serious concern.
The APHC spokesperson appealed to international human rights organizations, including AsiaWatch and Amnesty International, to exert pressure on India for the release of all Kashmiri political prisoners.
According to KashmirMediaService, APHC spokesman AdvocateAbdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement issued in Srinagar, said that India is an occupier and Kashmir is not an integral part of India but an internationally recognized dispute.
The APHC emphasized that Kashmiris are united in their determination to foil India’s nefarious plans in the territory and that the dawn of freedom in IIOJK is inevitable.
