CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Two teams from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) finished in the top 16 following two days of competition at the NCAA Division III Men’s Wrestling Championship that was held at Alliant Energy Powerhouse.
