Judging Criteria

  • Originality
We will be judging how unique your idea is. This can include the idea or the approach to solving the problem you've set out to solve.
  • Functionality/Technical Implementation
We'll be looking to understand the technical decisions made, along with any challenges (if any) faced and how you overcame them. Please be sure to include a short write up describing the tech decisions you made. (languages, frameworks, etc.)
  • Polish & Completion
This category will judge how close you came to completing your project. In general, it will be better to submit a smaller, more complete project rather than a large, complex project that is incomplete.
