Remove or privative my old site

  I need my old site deleted or privatized due to personal information being present that cannot be for security reasons. I no longer have access to the email that was used when the site was made and the password I had for it no longer works. I have no method to recover the account to delete it myself.

  Please also make another method to make these requests that are not public and require to make another login account.
