  my name is ssewanyana shafic and my email is ssewanyanashafic266@gmail.com and my domain name is nabinoonyaresort.com and today morning my website was replaced with something i can even tell because mine is a hotel but someone got the admin passwords and user name and deleted my website and put his/hers and i need some help on this to either create a temporary maintainance and kindly help me “Check for a server-side backup from [Date before the hack] please and the logs

  I’ve checked on our end, and the domain nabinoonyaresort.com and the associated site are not hosted with WordPress.com. Because the site and domain aren’t managed here, we don’t have access to your server files, backups, or logs, so we’re not able to directly restore the site or investigate the hack from our side. That may be a WordPress.org site with a different host.

  In this case, the best next step is to contact your current hosting provider’s support team right away. They’ll should be able to:

  • Check for and restore any server-side backups from before the hack
  • Review the server access logs to see how the intruder got in
  • Help secure your account and site going forward (password resets, malware scans, etc.)

  I’m sorry we can’t do more directly here, but I truly hope your host is able to help you recover your hotel website quickly and securely.
