Hi Bryan,

We use P2 as our archive of everything – decisions, questions, proposals, anything that others should be aware of now, or in the future. If it didn’t get P2’d, did it even happen? 🙂

We have over 30 different P2 blogs, just for VIP and excluding those we share with clients, so while each blog doesn’t really use traditional categories, users can follow or not follow the P2s they want to stay up to date with the news. Some are focused on teams or topics and others on internal projects. We can add cross-posting so that a post on one P2 can appear as a reference on another.

Outside of those P2s, we also have an internal search tool that can search across all of the P2s and other resources, so the info is never far away.

I am super interested what is the workflow for using P2. Exactly how is P2 being use? understanding that slack is mainly for IM. P2 is kind of like the place all most information are. How do you categories it especially when you have so many remote team members using it. How are the team members about to find information easily?
