As others have stated it is clean with no easy access to potable water. Our issues with this dump is that it slops away from the dump both to the wrong side and your nose is downhill. We leveled for the side but not for the front of the trailer. You also need your own hose to use on the non-potable spigot, which I’m sure most people carry.. ...

There are full hookups and dry camping. Tent camping or DIY campers. Right on the beach. Quiet, nice view.

The campsite was easy to pull into. We fit a 43 ft RV in a site. Our site had full hookups and was level. This campground is a good place to stay if visiting the Hoover Dam or Valley of Fire State Park. The campground features a dog park, showers/bathrooms, and a pool/hot-tub.

perfect for a night . arrived midnight 3 other vans asleep. we slipped in found a level spot slept had breakfast and hit the road. thats a perfect CB stop over small designated lot.

We stayed here one night near the end of the fenced area (a few miles past the pit toilet), and it was great. There was nobody else out there with us and the views of factory butte in the morning were incredible. I wouldn't recommend this area if there has been recent rain or if any rain in the forecast though as the road into the campground...
