I used a competitor program for over 5 years to protect the IIS and Exchange service (port 443/25) – exposed over internet. I am consider migratiion to ipbanpro (api version). Will I get help and information on the security configuration of port 443 and 25 ???, RDP I do not use.

Rebooted the server, it worked for another week. Today I have that same issue again. Had to uninstall but wondering why the RDP service stops working altogether.
