In 2023, Daylight Transport initiated a comprehensive, metric-driven campaign in response to widespread requests from customers and industry partners to identify the best service providers. This campaign rigorously evaluated carriers across multiple performance metrics, including transit times, customer feedback, and overall service quality namely fact based freight handling measurements of shipments delivered without damage or shortage. Two carriers emerged as the highest ranked: Southeastern Freight Lines (Columbia, SC) and Pace Motor Lines (Stratford, CT)
