I started Garrett Digital in 2017 after 16 years as a Senior SEO strategist and UX designer at the American Academy of Family Physicians. I saw too many small businesses getting burned by agencies that overpromised and underdelivered.
When you hire us, you work with our experienced team, not a junior account manager, not a rotating cast of strangers. We primarily work with therapy practices, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, universities, and e-commerce businesses. We do the work ourselves and will tell you straight what is working and what is not.
