Great value, easy process

The print I needed to frame was oversized so Level Frames sent me a long packing tube. About two weeks later the print arrived in a great looking oolong frame. Super easy!

From uploading my digital art to getting the finished product, the whole process of framing was perfect. One aspect we really appreciated was getting recommended print sizes for my photo based on the file size of the image. I didn't have to guess how large we could go, the website predicted what sizes would be most reasonable without compromising the clarity of the image. Picking out the frame and matting was also straightforward and the delivery was fast. Everything was packed well and the quality of the frame was apparent as soon as we opened the box. I look forward to framing more items in the future!

Almost just right

Beautifully done. Minor issue was backing paper had pulled away so I used some packing tape to secure.

Beautiful printing and framing job!

The title says it all, except that I would say that the print job is stunning! The frames are beautiful and seem well-made. Processing and shipping was quick and efficient, and the frames were packed well. They arrived in perfect condition. Appropriate hanging equipment was included, along with directions for how to hang them. I will definitely use Level Frames again in the future, and will recommend them to friends and family!

Fantastic Quality and Easy to Assemble!

I had a record that was too valuable to send off and custom framing in my neighborhood was way too expensive. I was so excited to find an option that allowed me to do it myself while still offering top quality and UV protection. Putting it together was easy, and it looks great!

Really terrific

AMAZING!

First time ordering frames/photos from an online business. It was easy to manipulate photos on the website to my choice of frames. Both collage frames I ordered arrived within 10 days of ordering, and were delivered exactly as advertised.

Perfect frame.

The frame was perfect. Most importantly, the instructions were the best I've ever received from a company. My husband is an engineer and he was very impressed. Everything I could possibly need for assembling and mounting my art was included. Highly recommend.

Super Frame

The frame arrived packed very well so as not to incur damage in shipment. It was precisely the dimensions I ordered and fit the picture I had intended it for. Excellent product.

Frames beautiful, but no gallery guidance

The frames were beautiful, but after many hours crafting several gallery walls, they all shipped as separate frames with no way to access what photo combinations I had compiled for each. Additionally, it did not come with any hanging guidance to execute the gallery wall hang, spacing,etc. So while they are beautiful, getting them hung and organized took far more time that I had hoped.

Thanks for your order and the feedback, Megan! You ordered multiple gallery wall designs, and we currently don't have a good way to combine them into a single reference guide for hanging. Actively looking into providing a better resource like that for 20+ frame orders like yours. Apologies for the extra time it took you to hang your frames, we really appreciate your sharing your experience.

I found Level Frames online as a Wirecutter fave. This first order was a Valentine’s Day gift for my husband (and really for me, too). I did a collage frame of three photos from our Acadia wedding in 2024. My husband loved the gift this morning and I have already marked the wall where it will hang. Nice, well built frame

The frame is well built and very sturdy. I don't know if you make a 4x4 frame, even though that is what I thought I originally ordered, but it took some hard thinking to figure out how to brace a roughly 4x4 canvas in a roughly 5.5" x5.5" back opening. I was successful, but the extra cost for proper bracing added to the overall cost made this an expensive project. The quality of your frames is the best I have found on the web. Thank you.

Gorgeous frame, packaged with care

I couldn't be more pleased with the custom frame and mat I purchased. It arrived quickly and was made to the precise measurements requested. The frame was packaged very carefully and came with everything needed for assembly -- and even hanging. I can't remember when I've ever seen such thorough instructions! Level Frames will be my go-to source for custom frames from now on.

High Quality Craftsmanship

I have been buying level frames custom frames for about 4-5 years now and they continue to impress me. My latest custom walnut frame for a woodblock print is about the most meticulous and perfect craftsmanship I’ve seen in a frame. The craftsmanship elevates the entire piece once framed. Whoever made this particular frame at level needs to be commended.
