Anna Franques used to panic every time WordPress threw an error she didn't understand. No mentor. No CS degree. Just an advertising background and a portfolio site she'd barely gotten online. Today, she manages over 120 client websites from her own agency in Barcelona. The gap between those two moments wasn't talent. It wasn’t a course, a bootcamp, or a lucky break. It was one decision she kept making - every time something broke, every time a client said yes, every time the system needed to scale. This week's Built Different is her story. And there’s one thing in it you can do today. Read the full edition 👇

If 2026 Employee Appreciation Day had a recipe, it would definitely include pizza, cannoli, and a lot of smiling faces 🍕 😊 The Hostinger office turned into a full celebration — with a pizza workshop by our client, Insieme.lt, a dessert station, and a lottery featuring nearly 300 client gifts 🎁 It was a great way to celebrate the partnerships we’ve built together and the milestones we’ve reached while helping our customers succeed online. If this kind of culture feels like the right fit for you, explore our open roles here: hostinger.com/career

When creators, partners, and product teams get together in Sicily, good things happen 🇮🇹 For four days in Catania, we brought the Hostinger partner community together for Hostinger Connect, filled with meaningful conversations about growing online, practical learnings, and plenty of laughs along the way. We had: ✨ Partner success stories & knowledge sharing 🤝 Networking and community moments 🧠 1:1 sessions with partners, partner managers, and Hostinger product teams 🏆 Awards night to celebrate partner impact This year’s awards were extra special: we collaborated with our client, chetipo.com, to create the awards for our partners, and welcomed her to Sicily to share her story — including how she discovered Hostinger through YouTube creators 💜 At its core, this event was about connection — and putting our partners at the center of it all 🤝

Hit send, and your email lands in someone’s inbox 📨 That’s how most people think email works. When you zoom out and examine one billion messages, reality looks nothing like that. That’s what we did. After analyzing anonymous data of one billion messages that flew through our platform, we discovered that only 13% of all email traffic is likely written by a human. The rest is automated 🦾 “Email has quietly become infrastructure, with most of its traffic now automated,” says Edgaras Lukoševičius, Engineering Manager at Hostinger. "Keeping the channel relevant requires responsibility at every level.” TechRadar covers the story: https://lnkd.in/dY74Pg7Y

Their first event was chaos. Nothing went as planned. The guests loved it anyway. Hannah and Nina started MuseDuo to bring women together through creativity in Munich. They tried selling products first. Didn't work. They tried third-party platforms. Too limiting. Then they built their own website, hosted their first workshop, and watched strangers leave exchanging phone numbers. One year in: 28 events, 405 attendees, and a community that keeps coming back. One guest has been to 9 events. When asked what she does as a hobby, she said: "MuseDuo is my hobby." Their story is in this week’s Built Different - including the three things they did that you can copy today. Read their story here.

First OpenClaw meetup in Lithuania was 🔥 Full house (waitlist to join was also exploding) Yeah… bigger venue next time is needed 😅 The most impressive thing for me? The youngest attendee - 14 y/o, already running his business with the help of OpenClaw 🤯 He used terminal like a tech pro. Absolute legend. Oh and everyone launched their openclaw in minutes, not hours. Instant hands-on experience. It was sooo good to see all of that, and also sooo good to be a part of this 🚀 Meet us next time?? 👀👀

What if every piece of content you've already written could be working 6x harder for you? Most people create something great, post it once, and move on. The content dies after one day. But the people who seem to be everywhere? They're repurposing that one piece into a LinkedIn post, an X thread, a carousel, an email, a short-form video, and more. They're not working 10x harder than you. They just have a better system. We broke down the entire system — from the framework and AI setup to a minute-by-minute walkthrough and copy-paste prompts you can use today. Everything you need to start repurposing this week. Read the full system in this week's Built Different 👇
