As Black History Month concludes, we are proud to reflect on and celebrate the voices, stories, and leadership of our Crewmembers. Robin McLeod, Manager – YYZ Black History Month means strength, resilience, legacy, pride, and leadership. Robin is inspired by her mother’s allyship and intentional support in helping her grow up proud of her Black and Asian heritage. Her advice reminds us all: “Everyone is fighting a battle you can’t see. A little understanding can make a big difference.” Randall Totty, Manager – IAH For Randall, this month is about honoring culture and celebrating Black excellence today. Inspired by his late father, Pastor Kevin M. Totty, he carries forward a legacy of service and philanthropy. He credits OTG’s development programs for giving him a platform to support and encourage others. Kia Howard, Cashier – IAH Black History Month is a reflection on roots, culture, and how far the Black community has come. Inspired by her mother’s enduring lessons of respect and dignity, Kia values the sense of belonging she feels at OTG and encourages others to keep growing and take chances. Dana Brown, Line Cook – IAH For Dana, this month is about heritage and honoring the history that shaped her identity. She draws inspiration from the many legends throughout Black history who paved the way.
