III. Description and Scope of Data Processing

1. Provision of the Website (Server Logs) 

When you visit our website, our systems automatically collect the following data from your device: 

- Browser type and version 
- Pages accessed 
- Date and time of access 
- Referring website (if applicable) 
- Operating system and device type 
- Geolocation 

The purpose of this data collection is to ensure the stable and secure operation of our website and to detect and prevent abuse. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of our systems. This data is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised. 

2. Contact Form and Email Enquiries 

If you contact us via our contact form or by email, we collect the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, and message content). 

The purpose of this processing is to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain an ongoing business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to pre-contractual measures, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to communications directed to us. Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request and for up to 3 years thereafter for documentation purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. 

3. Website Analytics 

This site uses analytics tools to help us understand how visitors use our website and to improve the user experience. Analytics may collect information such as session duration, pages visited, browser and device type, and approximate geographic location (city/region level). 

No evaluation of personal data takes place. All analyses are based on anonymised datasets.
