As a Certified Director and accomplished scholar, Judy holds an Electrical Engineering qualification, a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and has recently completed her PhD. Her academic foundation complements her extensive industry experience, enabling her to lead with both technical insight and strategic vision.

Prior to her appointment as CEO, Judy served as Chief Operating Officer at Quantum PKI, where she led the strategic alignment of marketing, sales, and operations to support scalable growth in the cybersecurity and digital trust space. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer, positioning Quantum PKI as a trusted PKI expert and certificate lifecycle management partner for global enterprises.
