SMS/Text Messaging Terms

This section applies if you opt in to receive text messages from Service First Processing.

Program Names and Description

Service First Processing offers two SMS programs:

1) Service First Processing – Customer Care SMS

If you opt in, we may send customer care text messages related to your inquiry, appointment/demos scheduling, customer support responses, and account/service updates.

2) Service First Processing – Marketing SMS

If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may send promotional/marketing text messages such as product updates, announcements, event notices, and promotions.
