Excellent. We’re glad to hear you will be trying LoadView. Feel free to reach out to our support, or a LoadView performance engineer with any questions during your trial. Cheers!

We’re sorry you had trouble calibrating. Please reach out to support via live chat or ticket and we can help troubleshoot the calibration of your site.

Calibrating a test automatically determines how much CPU percentage is used by the load injector for each simultaneous user. This tells us how many simultaneous users we can run per load injector. The number of load injector directly affects the cost of the test.

Great question, Marcia. Yes, we have many features that LoadRunner does, but the biggest difference is that we are cloud based, not on-prem, and we offer month-to-month and on-demand subscriptions, rather than an expensive licensing agreement. We have a comparison of LoadRunner vs LoadView which may answer some of your questions: https://www.loadview-testing.com/compare/loadrunner-vs-loadview/

Ultimately the best way to compare LoadView to any other load testing platform is simply to signup for a free trial, and run some sample load tests. You can sign up for a free trial with a $20 load testing credit here: https://userauth.dotcom-monitor.com/Account/LoadView-FreeTrialSignUp
