A good guide on specific functions – how to install, how to add a user, how to create a project. I would like a high level guide about how to use Mantis to manage faults. I need general principles. I’ve had it installed and created a project and users but I need to know the end to end process about how to actually use the system when logging and resolving faults.

After following upper steps for the email configure still mail can’t be receive by the developer.During updating any status and performing any operation. What is the reason behind this?
