Dusty was sent back to Shanghai from San Francisco. Finally! His condition is good and shout out to transconcept and took really good care to my buddy. This is a long trip for pet, do not rush to travel, give them some time. And wish your pets will get back to ya.

I could not recommend Cordelia and her team more. They know this business and all its nuances. We had a paperwork issue in that my baby Bear would not be able to get on the plane with me, I was upset, crying and worried out of my mind as we were moving from the USA to Ireland and we had to get on the plane. We missed the deadline to submit 1 page of the paperwork. After Cordelia calmed me down she drove straight to my vet got the original needed drove back to SFO and GOT MY BABY ON THE PLANE WITH ME. She is super woman and understands her business, and the precious cargo they organize for their customers. If you need to freight an animal THID is the ONLY company to call

Professional, experienced. There are so many "company" out there provide animal/pet transport service, and of course I've reached out to multiple carriers before finalized my pick. The reason why I pick them among all the other carriers is because how they treat their clients. I am new to this so I want someone that cares, and that is what I feel through out our conversation. Recently, my sweet boy Elio flew from San Francisco to Malaysia via cargo. It was his first international flight and with the help of Timothy, we managed to square out all the paper works right away. Timothy is very knowledgeable in regards to all the minute details that are needed for a smooth sailing journey while providing answers to the many questions I had. To be honest, I can’t find any where more reliable than this one. The price is transparent and reasonable, the service is professional. My cat only spent under 15hrs for layover at SVO which I appreciate it so much. I noticed they did clean the crate when landed at SVO and gave my poor little one food prepared by me all the time. One thing you should know is you only get photo/video proofs at departure, and you will pay a lot just for a photo when your little ones are in any connection. Anything after should be customs clearance company’s (if any) job.

Really, really like these guys. Although we didn't eventually go through with the whole process because our pet had some relapse seizures and was ultimately deemed unsafe to fly, we nonetheless had a wonderful experience with Timothy and Co. He is incredibly fast, responsive, knows his stuff, and answers emails point by point and never misses anything. And, to boot, his prices were among the best. We were intending to take a pet to Australia, which has arguably the toughest restrictions, and Timothy navigated it all with a breeze. You really can't go with these guys. Just give them a call, wherever you are intending to take your beloved pet.

I just imported a puppy from Spain and it was a nerve wracking experience but the last leg was handled by Transcontinental Pet Movers and that part was great. I worked with Timothy and he made it easy and painless and I can't say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable, calm, thorough, and responsive and he understood how important this was to me. The puppy had to be in a crate for at least 18 hours and that's a LONG time for a 4 month old puppy! They cleaned up the puppy and the crate so thoroughly that I would never have known there had been a big mess if they hadn't told me. I'd say they went above and beyond. All in all, it was the perfect ending to a long, scary ride. For me, mostly. Thanks, Transcontinental.

Big thank you and greatly appreciate all the hard work that Transcontinental did for my cat traveling from LA to Beijing, thanks to their professional arrangements, my cat safely arrived before Christmas, so we could spend the holiday together:) Pet international move is complicated, which could be affected by export/import policies, flight companies, weather….. Moving countries is tough already, and I had no idea how intense the moving process for pets would be. Thankfully, I turned to Timothy. If you need prompt support and advice on transferring your pet internationally, Tim would be the go to person! Tim helped with the transfer of my dog from US to Singapore. Due to complications, we did experience unplanned events. However, throughout the process, Tim was supportive and able to provide sound advice which is a relief to the already stressed situation. Thank you soooo much for taking good care of my cat and she arrived with good condition!! The price is a little high but really worth it if your car needs a good travel experience.
