How bankable are the wind projects onwards?
This panel will explore how to finance wind projects in markets marked by high uncertainty, shifting legislation, and unclear long-term energy strategies. With revenue volatility and regulatory risk discouraging lenders, the discussion will focus on how developers can secure bankable structures in unstable environments. A key theme will be how to advance and deepen the PPA market to provide long-term price visibility and unlock project financing. Panelists will also debate whether state-backed PPAs or other public support mechanisms are necessary to restore investor confidence and accelerate wind deployment.
